Something has to be done about this pharmacy. Every prescription is marked “delayed” when the pickup time comes, I get notification to contact the pharmacy but they refuse to answer the phone so I get hung up on after holding for 30 minutes and have no choice but to drive down there to speak to them in person if it is actually open since the hours keep changing. Then have to come back to pick up the prescription. No one should have to take off half a days work between hold times on the phone and then having to physically drive to the pharmacy to find out what’s going on after you’ve been hung up on. Walgreens, get your act together!!

Y'all need to hire Pharmacy staff. There's a sign up saying they're short staffed, drive thru is completely closed on a Saturday and they close randomly at 3pm, 4pm through the week?? I'm currently #9 inside the store in line, so I know it's not because they don't have business enough to pay people. I'm transferring to CVS, this is bullsh!+

I'd give a negative star if it was available. Never had medication in stock, pharmacist is there less than part time, and never gets scripts right through insurance. This is a glorified, overpriced quick stop for snacks and knick knacks at best. Find yourself a different pharmacy!

So the new pharmacist Megan P really needs to learn how to do her job. I cannot take narcotics so my prescriber put me on a high dose of gabapentin and that has worked for me for many years and never has it been an issue. I do get a lot of them. I get 540 of them every 90 days however it is the only thing I can take that works. And no other pharmacist has had an issue with this. I cannot take a narcotic at all and this is the only medication we found that works. I was just currently in a car accident in North Carolina. That was extremely bad. I was rushed to the emergency room in an ambulance and stayed in the hospital for nine days. Obviously, my medication was in the car and it was all over the place. Everything went tosed anll anround vehicles. Everything in the car was towed to someplace in North Carolina. It was completely totaled. So I haven’t had my medication in a few days. I got it while I was in the hospital and then on the trip back I had enough from the hospital. I told them my physician will fill a new prescription and I talked to her and she said she would and she did she sent it to Walgreens as she usually does. WELL I get to Walgreens and my online thing is being all weird so I call them and they say they’re running behind, but it’ll be filled today while I go in and they told me I have to wait until tomorrow. You can imagine my fear and anxiety as I knew the pain was gonna rise cause that’s something you have to Keep on top of. Finally, I get to the pharmacy the next day like they told me to, and the pharmacist comes and explains to me that she completely deleted all my prescriptions and no, they could not be transferred and I could never come to her store again. OK, great I don’t wanna come to your store again, but where is the prescriptions? The pharmacist Megan P explained to me they’re just gone. They can’t be transferred. Today is now Friday. I call my doctor and try to explain the situation, but my doctor is gone for the weekend. What an I goi g to do. It would be bad enough if I was in a bad wreck without the medication that I desperately need and take daily but now on top of the extra pain with the rack, this is gonna Intolerable. Thanks a lot, Megan You are not cut out for this line of work at all. It was not like I was drug seeking or doing anything out of the ordinary this is I’m going on for years. And if she didn’t like it, she could’ve gave me a heads up, not just deleted it so that way I couldn’t go to any pharmacy until I can get a hold of my doctor on Monday

I love this Walgreens! Granted I do not use the Pharmacy so I cannot speak for that. But the rest of the store is awesome and the employees are very nice and helpful! I go there several times a week!

I have lost count the number times I was told medication was ready only to find out once I got there that it was not. Twice now I have sat in line for the pharmacy for 10+ minutes only to pull up to the window and be turned away because it wad 1:30. Happened again today, but it wasn't 1:30 yet!

I love going to this Walgreens! The store is always organized and the staff is so nice and friendly! The pharmacy is usually extremely quick and they have even helped me with ExpressScript issues and transfers from other pharmacies.

I use it because of the location but I do not envy the overworked staff. It's easy to see why Walgreen's has such high turnover. If you have important pain or heart meds and can use one of their larger locations conveniently do that instead because this one will never, ever be fixed. The fault is obviously corporate. The staff are friendly but overwhelmed. Corporate of course do not care about workers or customer service but that's universal in 2024 because drug stores have a captive customer base. Read Glassdoor etc for what it's like to work there. I'm glad I don't. I tolerate having to call in advance because online ordering is poorly executed. You need to personally make sure your orders are placed for controlled substances because their stock is limited by policy.

There is a drive through pharmacy and walk-in service as well. The staff are polite and the store is well stocked.

Phone calls now go to a call center instead of in-store Pharmacy techs. They cannot help you with most issues so they just read a script to you and hang up. Why in the world would Walgreens decide that this is a better Customer Service model? I can’t even ask them to run the prescription under a different insurance to check the price. That’s not one of their “functions”, so they tell me to just go to the store. Well, this store is swamped and can’t handle the people they already have in line and now I have to go bog it up more because I can’t reach someone by phone. Such a broken system. There’s nothing worse than not being able to just “talk” to someone at a business. Especially when it comes to your health and medications. Probably going to have to switch to CVS for awhile and see if they are any better. And I’ve been with Walgreens for over 25 years.

5 stars for anand and his staff! Always on time never a long wait with him as the pharmacist! For rest I cannot say the same Ruth is one of the rudest pharmacist in there, along with the head pharmacist. Get rid of Ruth and hire another Anand and this location will be great! Until then 2 stars. If you want Anand he works Thursday and Fri afternoons and he works weekends! I suggest going to him over all the others!

My doctor called in a prescription for me and Walgreens didn’t fill it until I called 4 days which was a Sunday afternoon and the said the pharmacy was closed. The next day I called and they had not filled it. I think they have more business than they can handle or are mismanaged.
