Everytime I go in the Walgreeens at 1000 Broad St I'm Sumter SC. I always have problems getting my prescription filled. I always use the app but they say it can't be filled because a controlled substance. Yes I know that too. Why can't the system show them I put into in to be filled! The woman ar the counter was nasty today!! I was about get ready mad but took a walk!!! That woman needs to go home because she doesn't know how to talk to the Public!

Wish I could give 0 stars. If you have a sick kid, DON'T get your prescription filled here. It took 6 hours to get 1 prescription. Pharmacist didn't care, they never do.

I went to get my passport picture taken and Sabrina helped me and she was so nice and sweet and answered every question I asked. Like she is so patient and amazing with customers!

I went in to get some medicine and I had to use the restroom pretty bad when I got to the restroom it had a code lock on it, so I asked the employee if I could use the restroom he said I have to talk to the manager and the manager said, it's a little late in time before closing and possibly someone is cleaning it or the floors are maybe wet.i said there is nobody back there cleaning or anything and I said I need to go pretty bad. SHE DENIED ME USING IT AND TO TOLD ME TO GET OUT OF THERE AND LEAVE. She was a black woman and I think she was a racist, IMO!

I wish I came here before sending my wife's script to this location, they gave me the wrong dosage, took my co-pay and refused to fix the issue. So my advice is check to see if they made a mistake with ANY meds before leaving the store...even if you just make it to the parking lot...Meds are too important to have mistakes like that...

Sitting in the pharmacy waiting for over an hour with a fever and coughing my head off. It should not take that long considering there has not been anyone else waiting for a prescription. The tech told me to just go home and wait and come back. Seriously, not all of us live right around the corner. I live 15 miles from the pharmacy and told her so. She said it still would be 45 minutes. It now has been over an hour. Definitely no empathy for the people who give them their jobs.

This place is completely unorganized you see medication laid out everywhere. They lost my medication and had to refill it when I came. Management needs to step in and make changes. I see from all the other reviews that there is definitely a problem.

This store is extremely understaffed. Prescriptions are one of the most overpriced items on the planet, so I know the company can afford to put more employees in the store. You often have to stand in line for more than 30 minutes to pick up a prescription. Drive thru can take even longer. I’ve also been left waiting an hour past an appointment time for a vaccination. Also, their restrooms are almost always out of order. This has been the case for over a year now. Some of us can not drive 20 minutes to the store, then wait around 30 minutes to an hour with no restroom available. Unacceptable conditions here for customers. I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

Zero stars for this horrible place!! Google didn't give me a choice but to pick a damn star. They are extremely under staffed for the size of this pharmacy. I waited over an hour for a prescription that was already ready, I got a text 3 hours before I even went saying it was ready. This is not my first time coming to this location, I tried to give it another shot after surgery but never again!!! Avoid this place at all costs, don't waist your time here, go somewhere else!!!!!

What’s the point of an automated system to submit refills if all it does is put you on hold at the end to make you ‘wait on someone who can help with that’ then they never pick up?? Walgreens is pathetic.

The people that work at this Walgreens are rude! I will never use Walgreens again to get my prescriptions it took 3 days for them to get everything together and they were very nasty about it.
