My husband just called and talked to Miss Sadie. She was polite, professional and very helpful! She went to check on an item to see if it was in stock before we drove from Camden to Sumpter. Thank you so much for your help! She needs a raise!

Store employees are mostly rude and miserable. Anytime I have gone to the deli, I felt like I was bothering somebody. Today when I went to the deli, the employee helped the person in front of me looked right at me and then walked away to the back, not saying a thing. It would have taken less than 2 seconds to simply acknowledge me Many items are out of stock every time I go. I would not recommend this Walmart to anyone, if you have an alternative. There is 1 gentleman, who sometimes directs the checkout traffic, that actually has customer service skills... really good ones no less. Pretty much every other employee at that store could learn a thing or two from hi. I have worked various customer service jobs that have been crazy busy & understaffed. While I couldn't immediately get to every single customer who needed help, or walked through the door, I would acknowledge every single one, letting them know that they would be helped soon. I didn't have to stop what I was doing or go out of my way. I did my job.

WalMart scan & go is not done right. The scan & go register should be a separate line. So inconvenient, putting them in the middle was a poor choice and shows poor management skills.

This is probably the worst run walmart we have ever experienced. The quality of their produce is terrible. Their shelves are never full, and grocery delivery is a joke. I've ordered 3 deliveries this week alone. All 3 times there had issues. 1st time, they gave me rotten onions (you could smell them a mile away - not just 1, but multiple ones were slimy) and instead of getting a refund and throwing them out, they needed me to return them back to the store, so then my car stunk for days. 2nd time, I paid for express delivery only to not receive the one item I needed that required me to pay for the express delivery, even though my receipt said I received it and paid for it. 3rd time, there were at least 8 substitutions, and I still received cucumbers instead of zucchini!?!
I feel like I'm normally pretty relaxed, mistakes happen, but goodness, educate your employees, and stop talking back gross food.

I want to say that one out of five employees do not like helping their customers especially if they’re working on the aisle. Today around 4:45pm
An employee was working in aisle Y10.
I said, excuse me, sir can you please help me and getting that bottle off the top shelf for me? I really appreciate . ( he was already on the ladder) he literally got upset. I could tell by his facial expression he was frowning. I just told him never mind and walked away because I already know he did not want to help me.
