The tellers are always great. They are very professional and helpful with every customer every time I'm here. Great job, keep up the great service. We appreciate all yall do for us at Franks/Take 5 Carwash!!!!

Staffing is very inadequate (as is with most places these days). Only 2 clerks on the floor in the sit down areas. One has been occupied with one customer for nearly an hour. Most people don't have a half day to waste waiting to be serviced. Abysmal. Do better!

Very great staffing, and amazing walking distance location from my workplace, I just hate the fact that there is still a coin shortage in this location, they always have the best boxes for real.
