They never have enough workers there , and you have to get car to see that lobby door is lock. Then you have get back in your car and join the long line because of this. If you are a dasher this is time consuming. If they post a sigh saying that lobby is close do workers shortage we will understand that. But there is never an sigh posted.,

They will prepare mobile orders and drive thru orders both before taking care of the customers standing right in front of them looking in their face. Food is fresh only because they cook everything, EVERYTHING to order and you will be waiting a very long time. Bring some reading materials, be prepared to wait, don’t have any timely prearranged plans after if you ever stop by this establishment for a bite to eat. No sense of urgency here. Also very ghetto, do not recommend !! Also bathrooms are FILTHY AND NASTY haven’t been wiped down in years. Nice looking flowers on every dining room table. Food tasted good. I would hate to visit during an actual rush hour. I went at a time where I was the only customer in lobby and I still had to wait, wait, and wait.

Great! The flowers on the tables were a nice touch for Valentines day. Should have a theme for each holiday. Gives a good feel to the atmosphere.

They have been out of potatoes for weeks. I offered to go down the street to Piggly Wiggly and get them some but they decided.later in Jan’24 I asked if they were serving breakfast burritos yet and they said no and didn’t know when or if they would be getting them , even though the Wendy’s website said the Sumter, SC sites had the burritos. The Sumter, SC Broad street Wendy’s is the worst fast food businesses I’ve ever been to!

Employees acted like they didn't or never actually knew how to use a credit card machines tap to pay. Very rude and not courteous at all towards customers, just ill mannered in all... Never had or have a problem with them until one late night stopped to get dinner and the employees were very disgusting acting towards us when we tried to use tap to pay.... Not the way food customer service is supposed to be....

Got sausage biscuits. The biscuits had a green tint to them on the bottom I hope it wasn’t mold because I ate a bite before I noticed. and they gave me no napkins.

Very slow. At one point the cashier left the register for 10 minutes while there was a very long line. Food was fine.

The front end person had too many tasks to including the register. She took one order went back and filled most of ot and then came back to take the next order.On another front, no spoons for the chili, told to eat it with a fork.Syrup for coke caffeine free and diet coke were out of the machine, just got soda water.

I've been coming here for a while, and it's never been simple, especially during the day when the employees often have attitudes with customers. The wait times are horrendous, even when the store and drive-thru are completely empty. I've had to wait 20+ minutes for online orders every time, even for a small order like 4 nuggets. The final straw was witnessing an employee come in from a smoke break, not wash his hands, touch raw beef with no gloves, and then prepare and wrap food.

Busy lunch times. Best to order online atleast 10 minutes ahead for pick up. Great food. What you would expect from Wendy's.

Food was mediocre and they forgot toppings on the sandwiches.
