They went out of their way to expedite delivery of the window we needed and were able to come to me and replace it in less than 24 hours.

Blaine, the technician, arrived right on time, did an excellent job cleaning up the broken glass, and replaced the rear window perfectly. He was professional, polite, and clearly takes pride in his work.

Four different guys I spoke with while I was there genuinely acted like they appreciated me being there. Super kind, offered food and drinks like I was in their home. The waiting room is so much more than a waiting room. Two 50ft walls lined with arcade games, a pool table, foosball table, video games, and an ice cream cooler. “After a terrible experience with another company years ago I was so hesitant and nervous about needing a new windshield on my new car. Tim Wilson’s came highly recommended by the Honda dealership and I can see why. From the very first interaction with Nancy over the phone I felt my fears were heard and validated. She got OEM glass approved by insurance and ordered promptly and then followed up with me at every step of the way. I never had to call for updates or check in because Nancy was on it. The great customer service continued when I came into the shop for install. I had my child with me and the ladies were so kind to us both. Devin, my technician, was equally as kind and even apologized for the wait even though I felt the work was completed in a very timely manner. I was originally quoted it would take an hour and a half and it took right about that length of time. There is absolutely ZERO wind noise when driving so I am confident that it is a great install and I will have no issues with it. I brought my Nissan Murano in for the hood to be painted as it had chip marks over the entire hood, very unsightly! I have a 2018 Lincoln MLX with a third brake light that needed replaced and the dealership wanted to charge 7x the price East Coast Collision charged me for parts and labor. I purchased my car from East Coast Volkswagen used so I thought I would ask them for an estimate too , but they didn’t want to even try it because it was too difficult.
