If I could, 0 stars.
My prescription was lost for over a month and no one explained why or even called to tell me when it was finally filled.
My info isn’t correct when I call the automated system to check if my prescription is ready and there is no option to speak to a person. So I have to leave a message and demand a call back. Overall, so much wasted time and effort on my part and theirs for what should be a straightforward process.

The gentleman that checked me out was very nice and patient, with the coupons, Extra rewards. He thanked me for being patient. Told him it was team work. He was great. I'll be back with more coupons

This pharmacy has a lot of negative reviews. But I just wanted to say yes, sometimes they are backed up, sometimes they are overwhelmed, all the things we all deal with. But if you are ever in a bind, need help, clarification, whatnot…..if you’ll just extend some grace and kindness and a heartfelt thank you they will do everything in their power to help you. There are some really kind folks that work in this pharmacy. It’s a thankless business and they work really hard, just watch them if you are in the store.

I have never met more rude and incompetent employees than the pharmacy staff at this location. They don’t care about your needs they just want you gone. They don’t even try to help you, all I got was call your doctor and insurance I got to go I have a line of people. They never have answers for anything. How did my insurance cover one of my meds but then say I don’t have insurance. They need to clean house or shut that pharmacy down. They should all reconsider training or actually learning the trade. None of them know what’s going on.

Happy does as happy is. I like this store. Very clean and laid out nice. Great staff and convenient location. Parking can be tight so if you have a huge RV, it would be a challenge.

If you are wanting to renew your passport online, and so need a ditigal copy of your passport photo, do not get your photos taken here. Even though, online, it says that you get 2 printed passport photos for $16.99 + tax, and for an extra $3.99 you get an email with the digital copy attached, apparently at this location the software system charges you a heck of a lot more!! I do not blame the employee at this Surfside location - this is a management/software problem. We eventually left without our passport photos and took them ourselves.

Don’t sign up for any cvs services. They over charge and make it impossible to cancel their subscriptions. Their prescriptions are overpriced and their corporate office is horrible to their customers.

Can no longer contact the pharmacy and talk to and actual person now you have to leave a voicemail and wait to be contacted such a ridiculous system whoever had that idea real good idea sarcasm intended

The worse, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PHARMACIST ever. Filled elderly family member’s 1st MORPHINE PRESCRIPTION without proving the required syringes that the CVS label stated would be provided by pharmacist. Also, in contradiction to written instructions on CVS pharmacy “pt info/summary receipt”, NO counseling for first time use of drug was provided or even offered. Incompetence to the point of being unlawful. Also dispensed highly powerful controlled medication to me without MY ID!!!! I reported this incident to CVS corporate as well as DEA, FDA, local authorities. Shameful and dangerous. BEWARE!!!!
