I went to go get a haircut and asked her the my top to be right above my eyebrows and she said ok and I confirmed twice then she proceeded to give me the shortest haircut I've ever seen and made the front so crooked I think she was under the influence

I’ve been going here for years, and today I got the worst haircut I’ve ever received in my life. I gave the hairstylist instructions and even showed them a picture of me of how I wanted my haircut again. I had been growing my hair out for a while and told them i wanted to cut the top short, but a little at a time until it was the right length…As they were clipping the sides they started, hacking off parts of the top with the clippers, they continued to cut the top and cut it so short in some areas it stuck up like a cowlick… they then brushed my hair over to one side and before he was finished, I had to lift that hair up and show them underneath where it was patchy and not cut even… in the end, it was nothing like the haircut I wanted, and was much much shorter than the picture I showed, it wasn’t even able to be styled the same way and it was not able to be styled anyway I normally style my hair. I’m so angry because after growing out my hair for a while no I decided to have it cut short and it looks absolutely horrible. I’ve been saying I’ll never go back there the last three or four times I’ve got my haircut, but this is the last straw. There are a couple good hairstylist there, but in my opinion, most of them rush through the job and try to cut your hair as fast as possible. I’m so angry I had all my hair cut off and it looks absolutely horrible now.

Excellent location. I went to get a haircut on my trip to see family in Myrtle. I received excellent service and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good, simple, haircut. They also answered questions I had about a family member needing a haircut and style. Great place!

I understand not cutting my hair because you were understaffed and I was there 10 minutes before close. But if you answered my call earlier I would not have needed to waste my money on a Lyft.
A business that is incapable of proper communication, is not a real business. It’s a toy shoppe at that point. Do better.
Please also note, my hair is fairly short. Yal would have been ok. It would have been quick enough

it's a Great Clips...people are nice, service is usually prompt, price is fair for the area. Do know though this store stays busy, always check in online or you will wait for extended times.
