Helping Hand South Strand is a food pantry helping locals, veterans, and those in need. The staff and volunteers are friendly, polite, and have kind hearts, making people feel welcome. They provide food that is easy but nutritious, like sandwiches and nutrient drinks, to supplement needs for the week. They help people through rough patches, though they no longer assist with bills or medication. They are really good if you need food once every eight weeks. People are very thankful for the generous help.

They were Amazing! They never once made me feel bad for being there and generous with what they had to give. The staff all had kind hearts at a time when you really need one. Thank you. ♥️
