Amazing service very friendly very communicative and fun to talk she made us laugh while we there and any questions we had she answered them honestly and informed us of everything that was being put in so we understood everything. Just overall she was very friendly and very helpful and made it easier for us. I would definitely go there again.

Jennifer Taylor was my Tax professional and I mean professional. I have never had someone explain my taxes so much to me. For years I thought I was filing Head of House hold. Mrs. Taylor explained to me that since I have no children or dependents that I am single. Can't believe no-one else ever explained this to me all the years I had filed and told people that I am Head of Household. Not only that she went over my 1040 form with me. Again another thing no-one ever showed me.

Horrible experience, wasn't welcoming, & very very unprofessional. Fees were outrageous ? and my taxes were very simple, like 20 minutes simple....I kindly collected my belongings and said thanks but no thanks! And the only reason 1 star was given, is because the uninviting office/ building was still standing.
