PLEASE If you love your pets don’t bring them to this place !!!!!!! Do your research !!!!!! The staff is rude when you question them and the Vet is unprofessional and incompetent !!!! Look up all there reviews !!

Unfortunately I should have read the reviews before taking my pet to this place. Beware! They price gouge for ever possible charge that relates to your pet's visit. The estimate I received for a spay was more than 50% of other Vets and they require all the services. In past experience with other Vets some services are optional. Not at this Vet, they are all mandatory. When i saw the price, and was told all services are mandatory, I tried to cancel the appointment, that was 3 weeks away and was told the deposit was nonrefundable and that that notification was captured on tape. They refused to refund my $100 deposit. Caution, Caution, any deposits you pay to to this Vet are nonrefundable. It seems their goal is to get paid for doing nothing.

They aren't friendly, they gouge with ridiculous fee. Give shots that aren't needed and recommend anything and everything for your dog whether or not necessary. They charge for med records from other vets when transferred, biohazard fees and the multi pet discount is $5. This is a slap ? n the face for a discount $5, but gouge you on everything else. I spent 3 hours in their office. Moved from WA state, my dog's records were sent from previous vet, I asked for copies for my records. I was told by law I couldn't get copies. What this is my dog's records what's wrong with this??? Records fee, what's that for, that was not disclosed at All!!!! Apparently there is a problem with thfacility. Response is false, record fee was never disclosed.

We became customers when our 3 year old big boy Gryff was sick a couple of weeks ago. The Dr was absolutely amazing, the reception people were so great and were able to squeeze an appointment in because he was so sick. I told the Dr I’ve never owned a cat before and was pretty clueless on some things I really should have know. Dr was very supportive and helpful making sure I was going to get things up to par. Even when the billing came up and it was a lot more than I could handle they worked with us until a solution was found and did not make us feel worse than we already did. First visit and I absolutely LOVED them all. So Gryff was supposed to have a two week follow up which landed on august 21st. We had vehicle issues and I wasn’t able to have a car yesterday on august 21st. I called before the appointment to cancel and reschedule and was told I needed to pay $50 deposit which was understandable but I told the person I spoke with that all I had was cash. She gave options of coming in and paying it in person but I explained that since I didn’t even have a car to take him there wasn’t any way I could get down there. She went and discussed it with someone else and the final decision was they can’t schedule without the deposit but I could walk in today august 22nd and wait to be seen. I was prepared to wait all afternoon to get my furr baby checked. I was fine with everything and understood the reasonings, agreed and was appreciative of again, the staff working with us. She said I could pay the deposit when we walked in and again made sure I knew it could be a wait which was fine. So today august 22nd I walk in and Ashlyn or kaylyn (sorry I’m bad with names!) was at the computer with another worker, there was an also another female vet tech there. I explained to the male worker the situation when Ashlyn or kaylyn interrupted and said no because I hadn’t paid the deposit. She said I missed an appointment and she’d have to check and see if they would even see him again but it wouldn’t be today because Dr had personal appointments like out of the building. I tried to explain again and she continued to talk louder over me, the female tried to tell her who I talked to which she ignored, she told me well you still have to pay the deposit which I said I know and showed them my $50 bill. She was extremely rude and would barely let me say anything but when she walked away to talk to dr she yells over her shoulder to stop being so rude. Granted, this is not a huge deal in the big picture however she needs to realize when you work with the public you cannot act like that. During our first visit we witnessed her yelling and getting very rude with a different customer and his pet.she needs to realize these animals are literally peoples babies and what she perceives as being rude is in fact a response because of how she is treating people. This is people’s livelihood with their jobs and she is chasing people off right and left with her nasty know it all attitude. Don’t speak over people, don’t interrupt and seriously just LISTEN to what is being said. I am too freaking old to be treated this way and unfortunately we will not be back despite the excellent care Gryff received and how I felt like I had support who cared in the office, and were going to help me get my baby healthy. When people bring sick pets in we are WORRIED and need help. Don’t get me wrong, I can be blunt and to the point but I do not treat people so poorly. This wasn’t being direct and a straight shooter, she was downright rude and mean and uncaring. I went home and bawled to my husband over not being able to get Gryff seen again by the Dr who already knows what she needed to check and was very supportive. This girl really needs to be disciplined or terminated or she will continue her ways.

Horrible experience and both of my dogs came home traumatized and I was charged for procedures that did not take place I would never recommend this a horrible vet with a very nasty attitude

Horrible, horrible service. Gave it 3 tries and will never waste another dollar or minute at this place again. Wish I would have listened to the BBB reviews. Any other vet will be better.

Prices are high, but overall service was ok. The vet techs were super nice and loving towards my 4 legged baby, the vet .. she was in the room for a total of maybe 3 minutes and not seen again. Overall, a 50$ deposit to make an appointment and another 150$ on the day of for 1 flea pill and 14 days worth of apoquel (I made the appointment for a allergy shot that usually last 3 months) and told I need to come back in 2 weeks. I am positive I won't be returning to this facility.

I called up there semi frantic because my cat was hit by a car. Lady on the phone was rude. Ended up having to tell her to let me talk because she kept cutting me off. Didn't seem like she wanted me there. So we are driving farther now to get my cat seen.

I really like the way appointments are made. You come in and they take you in to an exam room with your pet. The doctor is great and the staff very knowledgeable. NO drop offs and a very short time for appointment.

The doctor & staff treated my cat Chunk with the best absolute care! I previously went to VCA as an emergency visit, walked out spending $300 the prior week, just to have my cat be twice as sick before I brought him here. VCA misdiagnosed my cat & I came here already $300 in the hole.. I am really impressed with this clinic & will definitely be back!

We had to go there in an emergency and they worked us right in they were kind and talked to us and performed all the test I wanted and gave us all the correct medication to get us home with our beloved Levi. Called on us the next day and I was very pleased with how our visit went. Nice to know if our baby gets sick again while we are at the Beach camping they are there to help

Read the yelp reviews! They average 1.5 stars! Awful customer service. Awful attitude and incompetent vet. What more do you need to hear? Stay away, I would even bring a pet rock here.
