The attitude in there from the first second was the default answer is no. I asked for $2000 cash advance, not realizing my balance was $1750. I checked my balance and asked to attempt it again but for $1700 and both the teller and bank mgr said their policy is they won’t try twice. I even had my account open on my phone showing the balance. The bank manager also made me come to her in her office rather than coming to me at the wicket. Lazy self entitled bureaucracy crap. I won’t be back.

Bank personal both not helpful, rude and not knowledgeable.
My wife wanted to increase her debit limit and mgr/vp said not possible, you need to call TD .
Just called TD customer and they told me that the LOCAL BANK CAN INCREASE CARD LIMIT

Go to the TD in Murrell's Inlet, only a mile up the road - much more

I made a deposit this morning into my savings account. A large amount. The worst scenario would be they put it into my checking account. No! They lost it. They put it into someone else's account. This is actually impossible to do. However, can you believe they've done it before ...such incompetence. The worst bank in the country!!!

SURFSIDE TD Bank a total nightmare!
STAY AWAY! Asst Mgr Brian needs to go back to retail mgmt. and TD CORP needs to close this location for good?They all smile & take your money but fight you tooth + nail if you NEED ANY of it from your ACCT!

Every time I deal with this bank it’s an issue. Had my money pending even though it was a wire transfer. Lost my car purchase because of this. Attitude at the counter is sarcastic and not very welcoming.

Just went to to see how to solve a problem with fraud. Kathy V the lady who sits at desk and is a so called financial service associate was by far the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in a bank. As soon as I sat down I could tell she was ready for the weekend to begin and I was an inconvenience. She said she has worked there 15 years! Wow that’s sad! I guess she has a bad attitude because she hasn’t moved up much in 15 years!

The woman that I made the account with at this location was super pleasant. Cannot remember her name. But that was months ago, and I just called to ask a question about my account and the woman that I spoke to on the phone was rude. Interrupted me in my sentences and did not listen to what I was saying. I basically got no help, and will go through with making sure my account is closed.

Jack needs to learn how to speak people in a nice and kind way. Jack you’re a banker, just relax and be nice and do your job nicely. Not much bro. Ok I think you got this. You really gotta improve your communication skills with people. I used to love TD Bank, but this one made me hate it. I only like Mr. Ryan there. I hope he’s having a very nice day.
