Bad customer service. Passed off every inquiry to app or online. Also slow as can be. I had to leave after over 45 minute wait just to speak with a banker about a very large investment. Thank God there are other locations in the area just a shame you have to drive to those instead of the one around the corner.

Is bad service is very poorly customer service I been bank with them more than 10 plus year from business to personal from another state but here in this branch is not acceptable I doing business hate to say something but big. People like manager have to come retraining the customer again to Better taking care of customer not just Focus on deposit money

Went to this Wells Fargo to open a joint account as a newly wed couple. I made a 4pm appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. Was not greeted once and told after 20 minutes I had to wait an extended period to see a banker. This is not why I made an appointment and definitely does not make me want to do business with Wells Fargo as my time is not respected.

Went in to bank to change my account from a dba to an LLC, dealt with an employee named Michael very rude it's very rude very unfriendly stated to me that I could take my service elsewhere that was my choice after advising that I had been a member of Wells Fargo since 2007 his response again I'm just stating it's up to you to take your service wherever you would like, ask for a manager walked out the door manager said I'm busy have a seat very rude will be looking for another bank for all of my accounts have never had this issue with Wells Fargo this branch the employees I would definitely go to another branch if you're using Wells fargo

Terrible customer service. All they care about is getting you out of there so they can go home. The Wells Fargo customer service line is also useless and unwilling to assist customers. I am extremely disappointed with how they conduct business and my husband and I will be withdrawing our funds from here and going to another bank.

Absolutely amazing customer service at this location. Very happy with Wells Fargo as a bank, wish they were around in Michigan. One of the best financial institutions by far, & the customer service I received at this branch was above and beyond perfect.

OUTSTANDING customer service. Went in because my account was transitioning to Flagstaff and didn't want that to happen. Was corrected right away.. Been with WF for over 7 years, don't want to change.
