“I took one star off because of a lost package that was not scanned in when picked up. When I inquired about the package, the male front desk employee said the package was not picked up through usps even with proof of pickup. The Post master coordinated with my routes staff and confirmed that the package was picked up. I ultimately received updated tracking and it was shown delivered a few weeks later. Other than that, the post office is phenomenal and normally does not disappoint me. I am a repeat customer so I was kind of disappointed to hear that the employee did not believe me when I said USPS had my package.
TLDR: Be careful of scheduled pickup because sometimes your package may go missing and some employees may not be helpful. It’s human error and I’m glad I could get it situated. I’m also glad the package was less than $100 as I did lose money on the package.”
