The people make this place. I had a question about my 2004 Toyota Camry that was confusing me. The vehicle was throwing all six codes for ignition coil failure p0351 through p0356. One of the ladies that worked there said she had a vehicle with a spark plug that was gapped too large and it was throwing all the codes. So I bought one ignition coil and replace them one by one until I found the bad one. Thanks Advance Auto for hiring such great people! I also bought some vacuum hose and fixed some emission codes and purchased the valve cover gasket and replace that as well. All the parts I needed were available in stock.

Oh my gosh I could go on all day about how great this store is! Everyone in there has went above and beyond for me and my crazy battery issues! Thank you so much for all you do for me! The customer service is definitely top tier! Chris is the GOAT!!

Mil's car would not start after her dr's appointment. Jumped it, and drove straight to Advance. They tested it and determined that it was a bad battery. Got 6 years from the current battery so I told them to put in the same one. The young man said they were out at this store, but had it at 2 other nearby locations. He said there were 2 other batteries that would do the job, but he had the one I wanted in both of his cars, so he thought the best solution was for me to go to one of the other stores. He even offered to call them for me so that they could have it ready when I got there. This is why I have been a customer for the better part of 30 years, and will remain so.

I was always told that the people that worked there would put in a headlight for you or a brake light or something simple like that .the one in Taylor's tells me they don't do anything like that. They will sell them to you but the not gonna do one thing to help you put it in

Phillip was EXTREMELY helpful, patient and kind. He even carried the awkwardly, large package out to my car. Please keep people like this on your payroll. In current time that we live in, most customer sales reps are not this kind and don't go the extra mile to help someone that has no clue what they are really looking for. This will definitely be my store choice from now on.

Very limited wiper blade selection. If you have a Mazda, Subaru, or other foreign made car, you may have difficulty finding the right size. Autozone down the street has a better selection but they are more expensive.

Called to make sure they had the brake light bulb I needed and grateful that it was in stock! Last bulb I needed was on special for the double pack and of course it was out of stock so I had to get a single. This time I went to a different location and got the double pack. Not on sale but still a good price!

Had a to stop here for wiper blades after all this rain. The staff was friendly and helpful. After I paid the staff member went and changed the wiper blades for me. Definitely a thumbs up

BAD customer service. Called ahead, they said they had a part in stock. Showed up item not in stock, wasn’t even a shelf spot for said item. Associates working there didn’t even bother to get up and help us look for it, apologize that we wasted time coming in or offer to look up if another store had it. Save your time go to AutoZone, O’reilly’s or Napa instead

Fantastic service from Chris. I needed to add Air con gas to my car and had never done it before. I’m 40 and had never done it before. He was very polite and not condescending as he could be entitled to at a 40 y/o man not knowing this type of thing. Highly recommended and many thanks
