BEWARE!!! If you are considering using this establishment I highly recommend that you seek else where. This place had my vehicle for a total of 7 and a half weeks and it still looks awful. We can start with the extremely poor service from the service advisor of my incident. I practically had to beg for any kind of update regarding my vehicle through out the whole process. I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up 4 weeks them after them having it, made my way to Caliber Collision in Taylors, and the trunk was still misaligned, the bumper was not flush to the body, there was a pant chip, the inside trunk liner was still damaged, and several other minor touches. I told them I was not going to accept the poor quality so they took it back in the shop and said it would be fixed within 3 business days. Turns out it actually took another 3.5 weeks (still not completed correctly). I picked my vehicle up on a gloomy rainy day so everything seemed decent. The following day I was able to look at it in the sun and there are still so many things wrong. This has overall been quite literally the worst experience I have ever had to deal with and I’m still stuck with a crappy end job. IF AN INSURANCE COMPANY TRYS TO PRESSURE/PERSUADE YOU, DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Derek Johnson was the greatest, got my estimate completed and set the drop off date, I dropped off on the date as agreed to, and it was a small repair. I was kept up to date with the repair progress, and had the vehicle ready on time, sitting out front ready for pickup just as promised. The repair looked perfect. Very happy with the service and especially Derek.

They are not at all responsible with the work, they remove parts from the car and then they do not know how to place them, apart from that there is no answer. Bad service.

Caliber did an outstanding job repairing my truck. The people at the Taylors shop were great to work with. I definitely would recommend them if you need repair work done.
