I'm starting out with 3 Stars for now.
I have only had a Couple Prescriptions filled so far.
So far my Experience has been Exceptional.
I recall with one Prescription,I found out that I owed more than I thought I did after Insurance Deduction maybe a little more Heads up on Price from now on
will click a few more Stars.

Great Service for Visa Photos!
We needed photos taken for a French visa and had a fantastic experience at CVS Photo. The employee on shift was skilled, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She offered great tips to ensure the photos met the visa requirements. Even though she was the only one working and had other customers to assist, she handled everything efficiently, and we had our photos in just a few minutes. Highly recommend for quick and professional service!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at CVS pharmacy. The organization and performance were far below expectations.
First, the wait times were excessive, with staff seeming overwhelmed and disorganized. I witnessed multiple customers expressing frustration over missing prescriptions and incorrect orders. Communication was lacking; I had to repeatedly ask for updates on my medication, and the staff seemed unhelpful and rushed.

this pharmacy lies. i was told that i, myself, called in and put a medication on hold which was a lie. hannah is extremely rude as well. i hate talking to her whenever i call up there.

The most unorganized staff that only lies to customers. At the second location now to pick up my prescription that was called in 3 hrs ago. First location was extremely busy said they got my script and it would be an hour Waite no problem ran some errands came back 1.5 latter. Still busy told it would be 20 min waited again. Third attempt was told I was attempt wrong location and I needed to go to a store 8 miles down the rd and that location was filling my order as we speak. Get to the next location 20 min latter with traffic go to counter clerk says we just got it and it's going be about an hour nothing but lies from this entire establishment if you have a choice go somewhere else.

This CVS is awful , specifically the cashier at the counter where you check out . She is an older lady short hair glasses , extremely, extremely rude will never go back to this one

Pharmacy the worst I’ve ever encountered. I didn’t realize they were about to close (4:50pm on a Sunday) and it took me about 10- 13 mins to find an allergy medicine that I needed really bad. (I had several cards in my hand and yes they seen me) It’s one of the cards you have to pull. If you notice the medicine I’m getting is one of the cards and you know you’re about close why not say. “Hey I notice you’re getting a medicine that has to be purchased behind the counter, I wanted to let you know we close in …. I can never catch them open and it’s frustrating when all I needed was one medicine and you could’ve politely verified my ID and walked me to the the front counter or whatever the procedure is. I work in customer service so I pay attention to everything and I believe in showing grace and all I got was a sorry we’re closed.

Last straw today. Only been using this pharmacy for a couple of years. Checked a few days ago and the website said my prescription could be filled today. Made plans to leave for Xmas break today. Called the store and the phone tree said the prescription was "in process" and would be ready by 5pm. We were hoping to be on the road a little earlier so I called again to speak to the pharmacist and was told that it could not be filled until Xmas Day and that I should ignore the web site and the automated system. I am astounded by the level of ineptitude. Fortunately I was able to get a hold of my Dr. in time to get this fixed. Not sure why the CVS spent all the money for a website and phone tree system that seems to provide no utility other that wasting customer's time. I have had better and more polite interaction from Walmart which is a block away. Their website and phone tree do not provide inaccurate and quite possibly harmful information.

The Manager, Ron, is the best there is. Super kind and friendly and very helpful! He deserves a raise! I’ve been to dozens of CVS stores in my area and this is by far the best in two! 10/10 A++!!!
