Last straw today. Only been using this pharmacy for a couple of years. Checked a few days ago and the website said my prescription could be filled today. Made plans to leave for Xmas break today. Called the store and the phone tree said the prescription was "in process" and would be ready by 5pm. We were hoping to be on the road a little earlier so I called again to speak to the pharmacist and was told that it could not be filled until Xmas Day and that I should ignore the web site and the automated system. I am astounded by the level of ineptitude. Fortunately I was able to get a hold of my Dr. in time to get this fixed. Not sure why the CVS spent all the money for a website and phone tree system that seems to provide no utility other that wasting customer's time. I have had better and more polite interaction from Walmart which is a block away. Their website and phone tree do not provide inaccurate and quite possibly harmful information.

The Manager, Ron, is the best there is. Super kind and friendly and very helpful! He deserves a raise! I’ve been to dozens of CVS stores in my area and this is by far the best in two! 10/10 A++!!!

I'm astonished at how many one star reviews are left for this store! I have been using this CVS as a pharmacy and a quick stop store since I move to Taylors almost 3 years ago. I've even had a visit with the Minute Clinic which was also a delightful and caring experience for me - but that will be another review. In all my years of coming here, the staff has been overly friendly and helpful, and the store has always been in an organized and clean condition. I generally do not leave reviews for places. But I wanted to leave one tonight for this CVS location because I had a super sweet encounter with a specific cashier.For the last week I've been extremely sick with some respiratory/sinus illness. I'm coming to the tail end of it but decided to stop in CVS because its getting close to bed time, I'm all out of Robitussin, and wanted to grab something for my aching throat. Well, turns out I completely forgot that I paid a big medical bill with my Health Savings card today and ended up not having enough to pay for my bottle of cough medicine. I even tried two other forms of payment - maxed out credit cards (Dont judge, its hard out here people!) hoping that one of them would take because I'm desperate for this medicine. Ultimately I gave up and the sweet cashier offered to buy the medicine for me. Which I declined because while it was an extremely sweet offer, it is not the end of the world that I don't get this medicine. But even still! The gesture was seen and it warmed my heart entirely! Just another example of the great service I have always received here at this CVS location.

I shop here regularly as it’s near myHome but this review is for Tyler in the pharmacy. He gave me my covid and flu shot today and did an awesome job. I have a needle phobia and hate getting shots and he was very understanding, encouraging and super gentle, I barely felt them and I’m relieved it’s done! Thank you!

Kelly and Katrina from the minute clinic are two of the kindest people I’ve ever met. They made me feel at ease and made me laugh on a day that was tough for me. I highly recommend their services.

Pharmacy is inable of getting guests taken care of. No one answered phone and your website is not accurate when you call pharmacy. Pharmacy has the mentality of everyone waiting has all the time in the world as they do. You have a line in store as well as out side with 4 people in Pharmacy with no since of urgency.

The in-store experience is good, but it's almost impossible to get through the phone tree to speak with a pharmacist. You keep being recycled on the phone if, for example, you want to find out whether your doctor's prescription was ever received.

I visited the Minute Clinic earlier this month and took a test while there. Between the doctor and the nurse, my results were not recorded or sent off to the lab as they were supposed to. When I called to get an understanding the doctor denied ever collecting anything. They dropped the ball but would not admit to any wrong doing. They should be reported for being reckless with peoples testing samples.

I've been going to CVS for over 3 years now. The same store, 3300 Wade Hampton, South Carolina. I've never once had a bad experience. Every single person there handles their job professionally. And treats EVERY one like a human being. I've heard HORROR stories of CVS'.. And I can assure you, having to stop by there is a highlight in my day. Especially if my Nat is there. Thank you, CVS for the excellent care and service

Without asking my permission the pharmacist signed me up for a care pass which debits my card every month. I can't even go into the store to cancel this service they set me up with I have to call an 800 number. Because of this I will never step foot in another CVS. Furthermore, when a business has a 2.6 rating, it should be closed down. This CVS is obviously not doing the community well

Cvs is hit or miss. Sometimes the service is excellent other times it is lacking. It honestly depends on who is working especially when it comes to medication refills one pharmacist may go above and beyond take sure you get the care and products you need, another well may do absolutely none of that. The prices for things are a little high as all cvs stores are but they are always well stocked in store but the pharmacy stocking is iffy.
