Me and my husband came in to look at some units and Sonya was very knowledgeable and courteous and has great customer service. I enjoyed her company and we talked about how good chicken is and hot jalapeño peppers now I'm starving and I will definitely be renting a unit from here for sure. Do not rent storage space from this company!! Biggest mistake ever!!!! I had 40 years of my belongings in there, so many memories. I got behind and called December 28th to pay my bill since the auction wasn’t supposed to start until January 23. They answer the phone and I addressed my issue to pay my bill, but the man said that he couldn’t find me in the system. Then he asked for unit number and said “oh that unit was auctioned off December 18th” I was beyond furious why they said the auction wasn’t until January 23rd. So I’m just warning y’all

I had a few hiccups getting everything started, and Autumn helped me work through everything and got me into a unit as quickly as possible. She took very good care of me :-)

They go up on rent here every 80-90 days ! Shit is ridiculous and they harass u if u miss a payment by a few days
