The staff is very friendly and even more importantly, honest. They could have sold me a new tire but instead were able to patch my tire. As a woman, I am used to feeling taken advantage when dealing with auto issues and I don't feel that way at all at this location of Firestone (Wade Hampton, Taylors, SC)

Called and they told me to bring my truck right in. They was very helpful by explaining everything and was very polite.They did an excellent job and didnt pressure me into any other work.
Let me decide what I wanted done at that time without pressuring me to get that extra sale

I went in yesterday for a lifetime alignment and ended up asking for a spin and balance as well. Staff was courteous, helpful, well informed, and efficient. The store was clean, comfortablesnd in a good location.
