Watched store attendant ignore th front while moving things in th back for 15 minutes. Went back to car for phone to call and never answered. Came another time and store was closed an hour early

This review is just for my guy Lewis!! One of the best experiences I've had in a store in some time. Professional..cool..personable and honest. You just don't see that much anymore. I will gladly do business at the store with him until he moves on and becomes CEO lol. Thank you Lewis! Gamestop needs to give you some appreciation and a raise..TODAY!!! Keep up the great work!!

Hours of operation is nonexistent it is whoever works there chooses, so I was a long time customer of this store bought multiple consoles and games from this store they used to have a great and informative staff, don't know what happen but I won't be doing business anymore at this location

This store marks prices then charges you more when you get to the counter. Very rude and unprofessional. Then call corporate office and she wouldn't give me her name to let corporate know who she was.Never be back

They don't have good used game selection and the ones they do are only $5 below NEW price. Daughter found a switch case that had the price of $14.99 on it and when the girl rang it up it came up $19.99 but said she couldn't change the price and said that was an "old price tag". So you raised the price, didn't remove the tag, and then didn't honor the price that's on it. False advertising.... GameStop is going to make themselves blockbuster if they keep up that practice lol We won't be back.

Honestly this used to be a good store but to me seems like it’s going down hill every time I call no one picks up and I have been here a few times opens up around 12 and has been opening up a few hours late had to go to another store for them to call the manger of this store to get a worker there and the only person working inside didn’t even seem to know what they were doing took a good few minutes to put pay off a pre order I already had and a long line behind me waiting just seems to me it’s losing it’s touch

This is ridiculous on 11/30/22 I drove one hour to come to this GameStop to pick up my game to find out the doors are locked even though all the lights are on and it’s 2:30 in the afternoon and even the website says it’s open at first I thought someone was using the restroom but I waited 2 hours and still nobody is there who was suppose to be running the store on 11/30/22 should be FIRED!!!!!!!!
