Horrible. Since high school and now college. Spent money on announcements that have the wrong details like time etc. complete useless and very cheap. They refuse to reprint. They basically ruined my moment.

1) I couldn't order his ring online in 2021, and I was basically told via email Im not sure why. Could never get a human on the phone or no return call. They offered me to drive over 2 hours to their office to get help.2) 2022 I went to the school to order his cap and gown. Paid the deposit and continued to make monthly payments online thru Feb 2023. In May 2023 I got an email from the school saying Herff Jones said I only paid my deposit even though I have confirmation emails.3) 2023- The gown was dirty. Also I emailed them June 5th about an address change 10 days later...no response.Zero customer service. Basically if you don't go to the school you're screwed.

Customer Service is AMAZING!!!Accidently ordered 2 cap and gowns for graduation.Katy-responded promptly the next day and went above and beyond what I expected to help me out.

I ordered my son’s graduation cap, tassel, diploma cover and invitations back in February! He graduates on Sat. June 3rd. It is May 31st and I have not received ANYTHING! I called on April 21 I was told it was there and they would try to get it out on the 24th or 25th! And now I can’t get ANYONE on the phone! And I was told by THEM I had until March to order!! REALLY????

Do not waste your money! This place is a joke. I spent hundreds on my daughter graduation pkge. And when it arrived months later all of her clothing items were the wrong sizes, some items we ordered were out of stock and they simply threw in whatever they had without contacting me about the issue or offering me the choice of a substitute. Even my daughters graduation hat came in the wrong size less than 2wks before her graduation ceremony! When I contacted them, I was told I would have to drive a hr to their nearest location and they would exchange the hat and clothing for the correct sizes. Once there they refused to exchange one of her shirts because we have smokers in the home. Completely disregarding the fact that they had screwed up the order, and made me drive a hour their to fix their mistakes! The older man I spoke with did not seem apologetic about all the mess ups and he did not even offer to refund even a portion of my money! I strongly suggest that those of you who are in need of graduation supplies order only your school cap and gown! And I hope your kids actually receive the correct sizes you ordered. As far as class rings and other senior items, you can purchase those things at several other places. I am willing to bet at a better price, quality, and with better customer service!

Cannot get a hold of a person. Follow the direction on the recording and you get "no rep in your area". They've taken my money and yet to produce a ring. I can't get in touch with anyone to find out where this ring is, 10 months after I ordered and paid the deposit. Horrible way to do business. Do no use this business for your class rings, you most likely won't get it.

I ordered early thinking I'd save the headache of being last minute. I still ended up with a headache when we received the cap and gown but none of the other items ordered came in. I'm trying to actually speak with someone to get a refund or the rest of the items ordered.

We have had several issues with our son's class ring. It has been sent back twice due to being made incorrectly. Travis Winners has been most helpful during the process. No one else was willing to tey to help me. The issues were at the manufacture.Thank you Travis for what you have done for us. I just hope that when the ring is delivered to us it is correct this time.

Messed up my son’s varsity jacket order in 2018, now (just to be consistent) they messed up my daughter’s class ring.Way to go. Spelled the names wrong both times!Can’t even speak to them or visit their office except for 3 days a week for 3 hours a day. Ridiculous.

Herff Jones of the Carolinas, has been wonderful to work with this year. My daughter is a senior and I have purchased a class ring which is exquisite, and I can not wait to get her letterman and items for her graduation I recently ordered. They have amazing customer service it shows they care.

I needed a new gown for graduation ceremonies, and without hesitation, Andy came through in an amazing way. New gown that fits like a glove with my name on the garment bag. They always treat us right and do an outstanding job. Can't thank them enough for the kindness. Keep up the great job, it's been great working with you.

I ordered and paid for my son‘s class ring in November 2021. It was supposed to be delivered to him at the ring ceremony at his school in April 2022. It was not there and I was told that it was still at the factory. I have called many many times since April and I have still not received his class ring. This is unacceptable. I would like the owner of this company to contact me personally. I have tried to get his name and number and have been unable to do so. If I ran my business this way, I would no longer be in business!

Herff Jones was our school rep for cap/gown, stoles/cords, and diploma covers. They were extremely professional and our contact, Travis Winner, was very prompt to respond to emails for any concerns.

I do not recommend! If you can help it, use a different company. They had all of us parents on pins and needles up until the week of graduation bc we didn't have our supplies until the very last minute.I have been trying to contact them regarding thank you notes that I have yet to receive and can not get a live person. It's been 3 weeks since they said they would ship out that week.If you want to enjoy your child's graduation, and trust that you'll receive everything you paid for in full ((7 months ago)) I'd go with someone else!
