While I usually visit this Hobby Lobby, and have a great experience unfortunately today it was extremely unpleasant.
A cashier accused me of theft due to a sketchbook bundle. It says it is a bundle on the actual packing, if she had simply decided to read it. She confirmed it was together after taking the sketchbooks out of the packaging. It was very rude, especially in front of the other customers. Did not even get an apology for this discourteous interaction.
They also need to do a better job at showing what is actually on sale. They have large signs that seem to indicate everything is on sale, but then the cashier says it’s only on certain items.
