Others have had issues with appointments, technicians, and the quality of service. One customer had a disappointing experience with a technician who did not provide a good massage, got the nail color wrong, and was unhelpful with fixing issues. However, other customers have had positive experiences, praising the friendly, patient, and professional technicians, such as Teri, who provided quality work. Despite some inconsistencies, Modern Nails has shown that it can provide excellent service, and some customers are willing to give it another try.
Tammy and Tea were very nice and did excellent jobs on our pedicures. Very gentle and patient with diabetic feet. Tools are sterilized asap. I will come back again.

The atmosphere is a peaceful vibe. My nails look amazing. Very cost efficient. The customer service was great The pedicure chairs have hand massagers on them. 10 out of 10!!!
