Have had nothing but difficulty with Public Storage and now they are increasing my storage rate from $55 to $75 for a 10x5 unit while renting out 10x10 units for $75. The unit is outdoor and there's nothing to justify the increase other than corporate greed and the fact that they can do it and there's nothing the people can do about it. Yall should be ashamed

So far so good. I reserved a unit yesterday for today and was promptly messaged during the beginning of business hours my unit was ready. Clean unit, drive-up access, plenty of space. I hope closing the account is just as seamless.

Called ahead to schedule a unit , lady said sure 1 pm will be fine, I get there. There’s two toddlers inside the gate playing in a pool unattended. I knocked on the door. Waited 30 minutes, saw kids toys rolling out on to Wade Hampton Blvd. into traffic. I continue calling the number as now concerned the kids unattended was considering calling the police.seeing how they do business and the people they hire to run this business, I went and found another facility and will not do business there anymore.

DO NOT RENT BY WAY OF ONLINE CONTRACT!!! BEWARE of the Public Storage Policy in the contract you must sign in order to use their facility/services. If not for the on-site property manager reaching out for a resolution w/this issue, it'd be a 1 star rating all the way for sure ! (since she did reach out to me, I will change that rating from 1 * to a 4 *.

I don’t know what I would do without my property manager Lindsay! She’s there to lend an ear, helpful in many ways, always positive and caring! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!!
