We got the BEST, excellent, customer service oriented and personal attention from the Pharmacy associates especially Ms. Heather of Publix super Mart for more than 5 + yrs now. We are spending time w/family in Texas for an extended time and realized our prescriptions are getting low. Pelham Family Medical (PRISMA) rejected our request to refill our Rx here in Texas. in short we got some problems. Heather and the pharmacy at Kroger in Prosper, Texas did everything they can to facilitate the transfer of our prescription. Thank you Kroger and Publix for the needed supply. Of course, Publix customer service people have unwanted issues and it depends on WHO is on the floor. A. Carandang January 18, 2024

Publix use to be a welcoming store. I went to pick up meds for a shut in elderly lady. As I have been in their a lot for that reason . Saturday 1pm 10/28 2023, I got a birth date wrong, and the rudest cashier became confrontational. So she proceeded to carry the conversation In private with someone around the back . Before proceeding , Yes I'm a caregiver but I should not be called out for forgetting the birthdate wrong as if I'm a bad person, furthermore she needs to be a little more polite when working with the public, or is that what publix hires these days is rude unkind people. Employees use to be a polite and had southern hospitality about their service , not anymore. Want be back.

I just bought the half-slab of pork ribs. What a mistake. This tasted like hotdogs on a bone. I don't think I've ever had ribs this bad.

The staff is so rude and slightly racist! I was asking a simple question. The manager straight up told me she was off the clock! She was moving so fast I didn't even see or get her name. I than see her at the customer service desk checking out. Friday 4, 2023 at about 9:30 am or so.. Pull the cam . It hurt to be bushed off . I was just asking if the nutrient bar on my maps was inside the store.

This is my favorite location in the area. Very clean and organized, the associates are so kind and helpful. They're always willing to help find something. I think the only thing I absolutely hate at this location is how uncomfortable they make you feel at the self check out, they have one woman who guards them often and she will literally hover in your personal space watching you, it's so uncomfortable and at that point she should just ring the items up for us.

Oh dear God this Pharmacy gets worse by the day. I'm not understanding what the problem is. You can literally go a day after your prescription is called in and its still not ready. Lady told me it would less than 30 minutes but nope an hour later still waiting. And the only nice helpful one is the Asian lady. The other ones try to avoid looking at you so they don't have to help you. How professional!

The reviews for this pharmacy are true. It's not the managers but the pharmacy techs I have no idea of what they are doing. I have been going to this pharmacy for some years and it wasn't perfect but with the past few months when the new techs started it has been stressful trying to get medication. I was told today I could just switch pharmacies, how about replace the new techs.

I called this pharmacy and was confirned it was okay to get my prescription filled, as rhat is where I have enjoyed going in the past. When I got there I was told by the young dude with the dark hair and glasses, that he couldn't handle filling my meds. before they closed. First time I cane acrosd this punk! He spent more time telling me to go to the ER, and yeah, so I can be left with a crazy bill! He also gave me wrong information and said he did not care if I wrote this review. Oh, and I had already gone to a clinic right before and we called to make sure they were going to fill my prescription. Customer satisfaction is non excistant these days.

After being a faithful customer for 14 years, I will never EVER fill our prescriptions at the Taylors, SC Publix ever again. My 7 year old has croup and that is complicated by her narrower than average airways. They refused to fill her steroid rx of Prednisolone, the way it was intended to be filled, not because of a mistake of the doctor, or being out stock, but the pharmacist's OPINION. She requested it be done a different way, because this particular prescription has "too much alcohol". My doctor okayed a different suspension, and they are claiming they never heard from the dr. I went to Walgreens to get the prescription transferred and Publix REFUSED to transfer it. They literally held my daughter's prescription hostage. I ended up having the pediatrician call in the rx to another pharmacy, directly, because of Publix's refusal to cooperate. My pediatrician's office is swamped because it is sick season, so it took them awhile to remedy the situation. Her throat is SO swollen that she won't even talk. Her croup continued to get worse, she began to cry and panic, and I thought we may have to take her to the ER. I FINALLY picked up her steroid, 5 HOURS LATER, from a different pharmacy. The pharmacist that actually helped me was shocked at the refusal and indifference from the Taylors pharmacy. He said the amount of alcohol in Prenisolone is negligible and there was NO reason to refuse to fill it, try to change it, and then hold my rx HOSTAGE once I decided to go to a different pharmacy. I will never EVER use your pharmacy again, and I will be sure the store manager and corporate hears about it. Possibly even the SC Board Pharmacy. The actions (or rather inaction) of your Taylors pharmacy almost landed my 7 year old in the hospital.

Incompetence. And it never stops. Prescriptions are NEVER filled on time. I even call ahead to tell them I'm coming and prescriptions still have to be worked on after waiting in their tremendously unkempt lines.Speaking of lines, they ALWAYS have a team of incompetent people back there and nobody pays attention to the long line of people waiting for pickups. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED AND CORRECT THIS. PUBLIX NEEDS TO TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT HOW THIS PHARMACY IS COMPLETELY MISMANAGED!!!!!

Literally SO bad. They had 24 hours to put in a prescription from the doctor. I arrived and was told 15 minute wait for medicine to be ready. Fine, I’ll shop. 15 minutes later, different person, oh it will be another 10-15 minutes…okay, I’ll leave and come back in 20. Came back after 20, different person, yeah it will be another 10 minutes. WHAT! Stop wasting peoples time and just say you’re swamped it will be hours. Terrible and will not be using Publix pharmacy again.UPDATE: After all that, they forgot to mix the antibiotic. So alas, I will be going back.
