I have been having issues receiving text messages. Called Apple Support and they reset my network but still not able to receive texts from non Apple users. Went to Verizon store for help and was told nothing could be done by Verizon and was offered to upgrade my phone which I just purchased 2 months ago new. Called Verizon customer service and got someone willing to help and my phone is now working. I’m very disappointed with the 2 guys at the Verizon store that seem like they didn’t want to be bothered and didn’t even try to help me.

Went into Verizon to get an upgrade on my phone. Norma helped me with everything I needed. She was very nice, patient, gave information on new promotions available. It is was a great visit at this location. The staff is so nice and helpful. Thank you Norma for helping with everything! Love my new phone.

What a absolutely joke this store and it’s staff is. We have a corporate account and have been to the store twice now and both times the associates have refused to help us. First time they refused to help us upgrade two lines and now they have refused to help get the new phone that Jason from the Mauldin store mailed to us. BTW Jason is awesome and the only reason I didn’t cancel the entire account and got to AT&T. I have texted the store asking for the managers name and number and guess what? Yup they ignored that to. Making multiple customers wait while three staff members stand in the corner joking around with each other and ignoring the customers stacking up in the store is gross.

Brad and Andrew went above and beyond for me yesterday and still again this morning to not only get me a replacement phone ASAP but to also make sure I was getting the maximum benefits from being a Verizon customer. They spent 2 hours with me making sure I was fully set up and didn't rush me out to get to the next customer. I will ALWAYS use this store from now in if I need help and their dedication to getting me set up RIGHT has defintely made this Verizon customer a loyal one for a while longer. Thanks so Brad F and Andrew!! You guys ROCKED!!

Ellis was extremely friendly and helpful! I had problems with unlocking a phone after I switched to AT&T so I came into the store and he was more than accommodating even though I didn't have Verizon anymore. He was able to get my device unlocked successfully despite multiple failed attempts from calling in or going to other locations. As soon as my contract is up, because of Ellis and his amazing effort, I am definitely switching back to Verizon!

I went to this location because of the poor customer service received at the Spartanburg store. Emmanuel was able to identify and resolve my issue in minutes. Great job to the Verizon team at the Wade Hampton location.

Patrick was fantastic & huge help when replacing my phone. He took the extra time to make sure that I received an discounts & rewards before getting to the final bill. He went over multiple choices I had when purchasing & was an all around great guy to work with

I am upset that I need to give a one star review. My sales associate Patrick was great. He greated me right away and helped me promptly with a SIM card issue I was having with my phone. Then I asked about home internet and that is where it went south. Patrick said there was a 30 Day Risk Free trial for the internet. I simply asked to see something printed in writing showing this. Patrick showed me the terms and conditions that did not state this. He looked to his manager James for assistance and instead of helping us James became hostile toward me, being very belligerent and rude. While he was being this way to me, Patrick found terminology stating what he said. I gave Patrick a perfect score on his Verison survey, but had to do the opposite for James on this review.

Patrick was so incredibly helpful to both my wife and I! He made the process simple, easy, quick, and painless! The last few times we dealt with Verizon it was nearly an all day long experience. Patrick had us in and out within an hour! We had considered leaving Verizon after nearly 20 years with them because of how horrible their service is becoming.I highly recommend this location, and even more so recommend Patrick ? ? ?

Walked in looking to switch from T-Mobile and nobody helped me. Stood waiting for somebody to become available as I waited people came in after me and were greeted at the door but nobody even took a second to help me.

Received terrible service here. The manager on duty was the door greeter but ignored us even though he was not busy for a period of time. When he did condescended to help us instead of make his underlings do it he did not like the why I wasn't going to do the first thing suggested. I was telling the other person that I was with the why and he interrupted me to tell me that he was not a shyster because he works with Verizon and when I requested that he not talk over me he was offended and walked away to help another customer. Before I decided to leave I got his name from one of the other associates who needs larger clothing by the way. When I acquired his name they said something to the effect that "you came here" as in you came to us so you obviously want to do what we suggest first even though that was a very bad deal for me great deal for them I'm sure they get lots of commission on that one. I included a picture of the manager avoid him and this establishment go to T-Mobile there much nicer, cheaper and there's one very close to this location.
