The most rude people I have ever dealt with and would never ever deal with them ever again. I was treated very poorly and rudely for no reason.

Just now left the bank out of disrespect!! They are very unprofessional, we were told it might take a couple mins and we were fine with that. Not much longer banker was open and didn’t even bother to look over till another woman came and sat for a couple minutes. She was asked if she needed help and when she said no. The banker got up and walked right past us while she heard were have been waiting, very sad and pitiful.

Employees that were there were nice, but this place is very understaffed. Very long waiting times. It took one hour to close my CD and deposit it. And I had an appointment. There was only one banker and one teller that was still in training. Very long lines. Please hire more people or make it possible to close CDs online. I really don't want to have to go to the bank, I would much rather do it online, especially that I have kids with me that I have to take and they have to wait with me. It's 2025, please let people do it online. Another suggestion, I shouldn't have to wait in the line twice, I had to wait for the banker to close the CD, and then I had to wait again for the teller, even though the people in the line came much later than me. Your banker should be able to walk with me and deposit the money for me, so I don't have to wait AGAIN in the long line. This location serves Greer and Taylors, and Lyman (since they closed Lyman location), it should have more employees working than one banker and one teller.

Terrible customer service. The lines are always long. Not enough tellers. Be prepared to wait long if you enter this branch.

Nothing against the employees, they were very nice. But any bank that is going to charge a monthly maintenance fee for the Girl Scouts to have a checking account is gross.

Why is there even a branch here? The tellers are very nice but it’s wildly understaffed in terms of bankers and FAs. All you can do at this branch is basically deposit or withdraw money.
I had to close an account and they told me to have a seat and wait for a banker. I had gotten there right at opening. There were two other couples ahead of me doing time consuming tasks with the ONLY banker.
I left called corporate and got my account closed in 10 minutes.
They should just replace this office with an ATM or something. It’s misleading to think you can actually complete banking transactions here.
Every other branch I’ve ever been to can get you a banker right away.

They don't have a good client service, the banker Melissa and the manager are very rude and have very bad mood.

Went in to give my ids to open a checking account that I had already did online the night before and was told they needed a physical copy to stop by a branch!
Get there at 4:30 go to counter and tell lady I am here to open an account she sighs and says well we close at 5 and that process take 30 mins or so, I tell her I did everything online just needed to get copy of my id. She tells me to wait and a banking manager will be with me shortly.
I am standing in front of the banking managers door where I can see her loading her bag cleaning her desk when another woman from the bak say you have online issues so I explained again why I am there and she say well we close at 5 so I can make you an appointment but we’re ready to go.
I told her that I will pass on the appointment because I don’t think this is the right bank for me
As I was a meme we of the Greer chamber we used to have lots of events there and they were so nice and said they want to make banking easier and help Greer grow! But from my experience today they just wanted to go home!
Do not recommend

We’ve come to this establishment twice to open a joint account, the first time 30 minutes before close on a Saturday, waiting in a long atm line to ask if we can open an account—-while watching two people who actually set them up fiddle their thumbs behind their tables with no actual clients, just to be turned away. Today, we waited again but came with 1.5 hours to spare, again with zero directions that tell you to wait by the door to get greeted to open an account, waited 20 minutes in line to be told they are booked as we watched two people walk up after we waited and got talked to by the account setup people. I’ve been a Wells Fargo account holder for years but this branch clearly doesn’t care for our business and I feel like we’ve been given the run around knowing that my wife and my schedules rarely line up for us to make this happen. Poor customer service and clear signs would easily fix this.

This is the worst bank in Greer if we didn't have our mortgage there ,we would leave.we went in last Friday the ATM was down and only 1! That's right 1 ! It took us almost an hour to get money out .plus the lady that's supposed to to be nice and welcoming that day was rude and obnoxious! I will be traveling to a different one from now on!

Friday afternoon. Sat in the drivethrough to deposit a check. I waited 17 minutes....not one car moved. I walked in the lobby....no sense of urgency. This branch has a management problem

What's up, y'all? Dad here, and I'm coming in hot, like tires at a pit stop on Daytona, and I know a thing or two about teamwork and trust. That's why I was excited to visit Greer, South Carolina, and check out the local Wells Fargo bank. First off, let me tell you, the folks at Wells Fargo in Greer are top-notch. From the moment I walked in, I felt like part of the team. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They even offered me free coffee, which was a nice touch. But it wasn't just the coffee that impressed me. The Greer branch of Wells Fargo is well-staffed, with plenty of tellers and personal bankers available to assist customers. And let me tell you, these folks know their stuff. They were able to answer all of my questions and provide me with the information I needed to make informed decisions about my finances. One thing I particularly appreciated about Wells Fargo in Greer was their commitment to the community. The F.W. Symmes Foundation, which is supported by Wells Fargo, is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of Greenville County residents by making gifts to religious, charitable, scientific, literary, and educational organizations. It's great to see a bank that cares about the people it serves.Of course, no bank is perfect, and Wells Fargo is no exception. Some customers have complained about the bank's fees and policies. However, I didn't experience any issues during my visit, and I was impressed by the range of services offered by the bank.Overall, I would definitely recommend Wells Fargo in Greer to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy bank. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to serving the community. As a dad, I know that trust and teamwork are essential to success, both on and off the field. Wells Fargo in Greer embodies those values, and I'm proud to give them my endorsement.- Friendly and knowledgeable staff- Well-staffed with plenty
