Didn't know how they got good rates when the place looks like crap and really bad service

Stopped here because of the 4.6 star rating and the extensive menu. I was told "this is what we got" instead of the menu. Everything was on a hot bar. The fried chicken was ok, but seemed like it had been there a long time. Crunchy rice, tasteless beans, and tasteless mushy macaroni and cheese. Soda machine had no ice and next to no syrup, and the tables and seating were greasy. I can only imagine the other ratings were from friends and family. Avoid.

Food was sitting out all day, was just warm, not hot. But the most disappointing thing was this meal was $14 and change.5 wings with 2 sides and small hard cornbread. It's a hot bar so the portions are big but not worth the price.
