In 10 years of trucking and managing 50+ trucks, we never,EVER got scr3w3d & lied to by any other shop. We towed one truck to this shop with big promisses from them and we ended up 2 1/2 days later, with a 4000$ bill for a DEF pump replaced.. 1000$ "labor" to go and pick-up parts from dealer that is 30 miles away + 300$ parts pick-up + 250$ parts core that they kept for them = 1500-1600$ we paid them to bring the DEF pump but the best part is that they never called us to ask for approval for something like that .. we would have send a limo or rent a helicopter to deliver the part and we would end up w a lower bill.. . Call shop manager ADAM if you need your bill tripled

Called and spoke with someone around midnight. They gave me a price for a dpf filter change. I told him I'll be there in a hour. Got to the shop no one was there. Called multiple times before he called back and said he's on a road call and will be back shortly. 8 hours later and still no one is here.

BEWARE! I called this company last week due to my truck breaking down. The guy Tommy informed me that he would have to take my truck back to shop to repair it. I have been calling since yesterday to get an update and I can't get anyone on the phone. Now this morning they have blocked my number. I'm currently sitting outside their shop, I've been here since 6am this morning and no one has showed up. I see my truck, however I can't get in contact with anyone. If anyone has a telephone number besides what's posted on their website and pictures please share it with me. I just want my truck at this point. Even though we already paid them $2000.

Broke down on I-85 with Derate problem, called these guys up and service was there within the hour. Hooked software up, brought me back to shop got my filters cleaned and my codes cleared. Awesome job DPF surgeons!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Do not take your truck to these guys!! Total scam and ripoff. I wish I could give them negative stars. The truck is much worse since leaving the shop. Barely made it home to Texas. Took it apart myself to see if maybe they'd forgotten to connect something and what did I find??? Loose clamps, missing bolts, missing washers, melted wires. It almost seems they went out of their way to ruin my truck. Absolutely terrible ! Planning to file a lawsuit and definitely reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for their fraudulent actions. Feel free to contact me if you'd like to report your terrible experience. Willing to turn this into a class action lawsuit.

We called for a quote on a DPF cleaning. We were quoted at $700 with next day service. Six days later, I received a bill for $2,200.On another truck, we paid $630 for roadside. We were supposed to have a hose replaced. The tech cut my hose and tried to reclamp it. 2 minutes later, the hose came apart and leaked all of the coolant out the truck. Very unprofessional and dishonest.

BEWARE!...These guys will Rob you blind...$2000 to change a alternator...2hrs labor to check batteries at $135 a hour!...They only accept cash or comcheck to make sure you don't dispute a charge...

These guys are crooks. Be warned! They will charge you for doing absolutely nothing and their labor rate (135 hr) is higher than a dealership. They charged me $300 for software fee and never deleted any codes. And charged me for 5 hrs of labor for something they said only takes 1.5 hrs. I knew something was fishy when they couldnt get me a price on parts. So I told them to put my truck back together. But dpf surgeons are supposed to be dpf specialist. They left parts loose on my truck and didnt reinstall some parts. They also left tools and a flashlight under my truck. Be prepared when they ask for payment. Tommy will say our credit card machine went down 2 days ago, we only take cash or cash app. They do this so there is no way to dispute the charges. Tommy will also give you a price over the phone, but once you get there it's a totally higher price. They are very slick. I actually talked to another driver (by way of the reviews) that used them and he went thru the same ordeal. If your truck is there, get it away from them as quick as possible. These people should not be trusted and I do not see how they sleep at night.

My company ktn transportation llc was totally ripped off by this shop , Tommy is a joke , this is a follow up on repairs we did 2 days ago in this shop and sure enough we are having the same issues again , the same codes are coming on the truck,Tommy lied by telling me he replaced many parts on the truck just to overcharge us, so not only we got ripped off but for DPF CLEANING JOB WE PAID over $2400 but also the job was not done right after spending 5 days in this shop .This place need to be shut down ...
