Good local bank overall. The tellers are overall friendly and helpful, though I do most of my banking online. Their integration with Zelle is helpful for moving money. Never had a problem with them and good service overall, which is about all I need from a bank!

This branch is NOTHING like the 2 branches in Travelers Rest! After a a year of living near this location. I closed my account. The tellers are young, arrogant, and unfriendly!

Stopped by the HOME OFFICE location this past Saturday to use their ATM to withdraw some money - unit was out of order! Stuck on a boot up screen. This - at their "flagship" location - they could (and should) do better. Ended up going across the street to Wells Fargo - they got to "earn" the $3 ATM fee.
