Pharmacy the doc gave me a prescription and I said I would use there pharmacy they said have a set they will get it ready for me after sitting there for 30min she calls me up and said it's going to cost $500 to order I asked her could she send it to Publix and she said it would still be $500 and said you can't afford that was wrong for here to assume that she should have said if you want I can send it to Publix for you if that's what you want they are there to help you not profile you that really hurt my feelings

If I could give this doctors office a ZERO STAR RATING I WOULD! Today I went in for a normal medicine refill appointment. I take Lexapro which isn’t addictive or habit forming. So I walked in for my appointment and it’s obvious that I have allergies. But they make me wait outside for my appointment. Which is ANNOYING but I complied. About 15 min later a lady walked out and said they were ready for my appointment but that I had to walk to the back of the building to enter and I had to take a COVID TEST!!! It’s freaking ALLERGIES!!! I told them Im not taking the test and they denied me my visit and said they could reschedule it for when I’m better but REFUSED to call in my medicine.. It is May 2023. I AM DONE PLAYING THIS COVID GAME WITH THEM! You will not force me to take a test I don’t want to take. Them not calling in my medicine in my mind is malpractice! There are side affects to abruptly stopping this medication. Thank God I have another doctor who scheduled me an appointment for tomorrow! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INSIDE THIS PLACE AGAIN! Oh and btw DR. Cotter during an apt one time told me I needed to lose weight which is fine but followed it by saying “JLO has the ideal body type and is what I should be striving for… the people at this place are CRAZY!I deserve a phone call and apology for the absolute and total disregard for my mental health.Keri Packard

Never liked Dr cotter very bad bedside manner, and the team doesnt seem to care about patients. The only person we met that does is Isabella.

The doctors at this location do not know what they are doing. My husband has some mental illnesses and behavioral illness. The site clearly says they treat things like that. Nope not a single doctor in this office or the Greenville office has someone who specializes in that field. Why say you have these services if you don’t really have them? All they want to do is push you off onto other doctors and tell you we don’t specialize in that. It clearly says on the site they do. I do not recommend New Horizon at all for any mental/behavior illness. They don’t know what they are doing and it’s a waste of time.

Called to make an appointment. Was told the earliest they could see me was August 15th. It's not even May 15th. 3 months? How that's acceptable, I don't know. I'll go somewhere that wants me to live.

I have had Dr. Deanna Cotter as our family doctor for almost 20 years. She is the absolute best, very kind, compassionate and professional. She is always looking out for our best interests and health and she is a wonderful doctor. I would highly recommend her and the NH in TR. the staff is always friendly and professional. I would not trade this doctor for anything, we even followed her when she moved from Greenville up to TR, many years ago. She is a gem and valued.

I have been a patient here 20+ years and can honestly say you couldn't find a better group of people. And having a pharmacy on site is a big plus. This facility works on a sliding scale if you don't have insurance making health care affordable for everyone.
