“Fantastic customer service, I always go hear first before I go to a Home Depot or even Lowe’s…. You may pay more for some stuff but everything else seemed to be priced to compete! The customer service here is top notch, they know where everything is and go to great lengths to help you, which is why I will continue to shop here. The owner is very knowledgeable and always willing to help, will order what you need if he doesn’t have it. 5 stars for the locally owned business!”
“This place is a gem for artists. It has everything and more you need and the owner is so knowledgeable and kind. I was so excited to see that it had so many interesting things you just don't get at big box art stores. There supplies for paint (acrylic, watercolors, oil, leather, house interior/exterior, and more), pens, markers, liners, paper craft, pastels, drawing, accessories (sharpeners, erasers, cups, brushes, canvas, sketchbooks, and so many more things. I loved just walking through and looking at everything. I can't wait to go back and really dig into a new hobby!! Buy local and support your community!!”
“I only paint with PPG paints; the product is exceptional and they have the best service. I buy them from my friend’s paint store typically but I didn’t have time to make the 45 minute drive. I went to the PPG Paint store in Greenville and they are wonderful. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. They know their products and will help you discover the best thing for your project. Matt is a pleasure to work with. I will add pictures once I’ve painted. If you’ve never tried PPG paints, especially Hi-Hide or Break-Through, you need to! You will never use another paint.”
“Was coming to this location for the first time, and was surprised that my order that I placed 24 hours ago wasn't ready yet. They did have a new staff member that was not up to speed with the process yet which might have skewed my experience. I will be back next week to complete my project. Sales staff was helpful, but not as knowledgeable as I expect from other SW locations.”

“The team here is incredible. They are all so helpful but Stephen really went above and beyond to help me match an existing color. He was so patient and seemed almost more determined than I was to get a perfect match - even if that meant multiple custom color blends. In the end the color was PERFECT. I have asked multiple family members to point out the places I painted and they couldn't spot them - that never happens! I am so grateful. This location and staff will continue to be the only place I rely on for paint and paint help.”
