I came in Thursday morning with my sister as soon as they opened, they were very eager to help us, we weren’t 100% positive what we wanted but they were patient and helped us decide, I got a full set and the lady doing my nails was very sweet and professional, she made sure I liked my nails every step of the way. Although they started getting busy they took their time and did my nails perfectly. Although I’m not a fan of short nails, it’s what I have to get for my job, and she did such a good job I really like my short nails! Also the pricing is PHENOMENAL compared to others in the area!Service: Acrylic nails

This was my second or third time trying them. Not worth it. They are not clean. Minimal care to the details. Saying to walk across the floor with no shoes when you see them shake their towels on the floor. Left with dip still on my nails and uneven. If you are choosing to spend money, go elsewhere

I'd been a customer here ever since they opened, with no real issues, except a few times they've nicked me, drawing blood. I've even brought family and friends with me for services many times. My last pedicure resulted in infections in both big toes, between the nail and side cuticle...one toe worse than the other.I first noticed the pain while in bed the same night after I got the pedicure, while putting pressure on my toes to turn over, and by morning, they were red, swollen and oozing pus. I went right back that day, and spoke with the man in charge. I asked him to step outside the salon with me to discuss it, so I wouldn't make a scene or alarm other customers. He apologized profusely, as did Ruby, who did my toes, and followed us outside when she saw me ask him to come outside. I could tell she felt bad about it. She even gave me a hug. I told him that I wanted a refund, and if, after treating them with peroxide and antibiotic ointment for a week, they didn't get better, that I was going to have to go to my Dr. for treatment, and that I expected them to pay for it. I was given the number for a woman, who is apparently the owner, to had to approve this. She agreed to the refund and to pay for the antibiotic, but wasn't happy when I told her that she'd need to pay for the Dr.'s office visit, as well. She said, "Don't you have insurance for that?" I did wind up having to see the Dr. for the worse one, and since I hadn't met my deductible yet, my office visit cost was out of pocket. (Besides, most insurance plans at least require a copay.) When I went back with my Dr's visit summary and receipts for reimbursement of my expenses, I was informed that they would no longer serve me, and that I would have to go elsewhere to get my nails done in the future. They did pay, but they were the ones at fault, and yet I get dismissed? I guess they weren't so sorry, after all (except for Ruby...I believe that she was sincere), and that my consideration for them by not making a scene in their place, and years of loyal business wasn't appreciated. *smdh*.Service: Pedicure

I used to go to this place often when I lived in the area. I was back in town for my bridal shower and was very disappointed in the professionalism of the business. My mom had gone earlier in the week to check to see if they could do nail art on natural nails, which they said they would. My mom made an appointment with a specific stylist that had always done a great job. Fast forward to my appointment, which was the first appointment possible, the stylist I had the appointment with was working on someone else and they insisted I go with another stylist who refused to do nail art unless it was on acrylic nails. I can not have acrylic nails do to my job and have had nail art done multiple time on my natural nails at salons where I live. When getting my manicure done, the stylist was rude and every time she needed to have me switch arms she would pull on my arm very aggressively to the point someone next to me noticed and asked if I was ok because she thought my head was going to hit the plastic screen between the nail artist and customer. When I asked for a matte finish you would have thought I asked for a kidney. I asked for matte finish at the beginning of the manicure when my nails were still being trimmed. It became a huge scene like it was an inconvenience to ask for a simple request. I will not be back until they put priority back on the experience and customer and not just trying to turn everyone out as quick as possible to make money.Services: Pedicure

I was disappointed with my latest visit. The nail tech was too rough and rushed through the service. She used her own nail to dig into my cuticles several times, leaving one bleeding.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible!! Sat down for a deluxe pedicure at 12:18 and was finished at 12:36. Supposed to get foot and leg massage. No foot massage and only massaged one leg. Didn’t trim all of my nails. Also cut one of my toes and never said a word. Worst manicure I have ever had. I will not be back.Service: Pedicure

It is not clean enough for me. Also the whole main reason I get a pedicure obviously I want my toes to be pretty, & what really upset me was she didn’t even scrub my feet to get all of the dead skin off, the main reason I go, & for them to massage My feet. Instead of asking me if I need my nails or eyebrows done. It’s a shame it’s just not the same like it use to be! Cleanliness is a huge deal as well.Service: Pedicure

This place deserves half a star due to their inexperience and lack of accountability. I went here on 2/14/23 and paid for a gel manicure and reg. pedicure as a treat to myself. Although there were not many clients at that time, the staff proceeded to rush on my nails; including improper cleaning of my cuticles. By 2/17/23 some of my gel nails were starting to peel and I noticed an ingrown nail that had been missed on both of my pinky toes. I finally went back on 2/27/23 to inform the staff of their mistakes and was basically given the cold shoulder AND there was no sense of urgency to fix the mistakes. Never again.

My polish job on my pedicure was so bad I'm going to go home and take it off. When I told the man as I paid how sloppy it was, he said they're busy on the weekends. I will never give them my business again.Service: Pedicure

Everyone here is friendly and they do a great job. Especially Lynn and T. BTW, they have always changed gloves between appointments and people dispute that review I read. I've been a customer for 3 plus years and will continue to use their great services!Services: Pedicure

I've been here a couple times. The first time the lady had an attitude and had a strong disappointment in my nails. Today, I decided to give them another chance. I had initially went for a fill in and color change. Well the first picture is what I wanted. I was told that my nails would have to be taken off to do the Ombré, which I figured so I was fine with it. But the lady who does the Ombré and designs, said that the colors were to dark to do an Ombré. When my nail techs that I've been to before could do it no problem. I'm well aware that you have to use special acrylic colors to get the ombré so it was fine. After the mini argument we had I decided to be simple and got what is done in the second picture. Now I told her specifically since I was not getting an Ombré just to fill in and don't take my nails off. To drill off the lifted part WHICH ANY OTHER NAIL SALON DOES. But after telling her 3 different times. She still took off my nails and charged me $50 for a full set. I was to unpleased/mad to even say anything. So I paid and walked out. I do not recommend at all.

Not quality work, not to mention the guy at the front will charge you whatever he feels necessary. This is what i walked out with. More than half my toenail gone a a muddy mess of gel polish. Not to mention they charged me $60 for this.
