Came in the day before Christmas Eve, not too long before the store was about to close, in need of a new phone, as my old one had stopped charging and the screen was broken. Dylan and Gavin hooked me up with a new phone and some extra goodies quickly and efficiently. I have always used this store for my cellular needs, and will continue to do so. Thank you guys!

I can’t believe how unprofessional this store is. It took us almost 6 hours to transfer over our four lines from Verizon. When it should have taken at most an hour and a half. Monica was very nice but extremely unprofessional with us. And pawned it off to someone in training and was hardly even up front at all while he was floundering to get through it. Which isn’t his fault…but hers since she is the manager. I am so angry with myself for not saying anything the day we transferred over. She also told us that my mom’s phone would be an iPhone 14plus. Which was cheaper than a 15plus…just looked at our bill and they gave her a 15 and charged us more. They also lied to us about the total cost for our new phones. We traded in perfectly good phones because she made it seem like the cost was so low….but they make it so confusing the way they calculate it that it’s hard to tell until you get your first and second bill. DO NOT GO HERE….I’m sure they’ll use AI to respond with some generic “we’re sorry” message like all the other bad reviews on here.

This store is a joke it was all good when we was in their purchasing the phone and getting a plan then the first will get an email said your plan has been paid 0 balance then a few days later we get an email says they're going to cut the phone off because the bill has not been paid so we go back to the store and they scan my card in the store and said it was declined and the guy said oh it's probably on our end it's not your card then the manager comes out and says sorry your card is declined so I checked my bank account and there's plenty of money in the bank to pay the bill so we told them that we was going to turn the phone back and then being a smart butt the manager says sorry your card was declined it was a glitch on T-Mobile's in for the automatic draft and it's a glitch on their end not accepting the car I will never use T-Mobile ever again and will not recommend T-Mobile

Went to T-Mobile in Travelers Rest.A young gentleman name Gavin went out of his way and took his time to help me with my problem. He was great! I will definitely recommend T- noble in Travels Rest!

The worst :( We came in so I could get added on my husband’s plan. Dylan wasn’t super helpful, but told us to come back in a few weeks to a certain day (6/17) due to pro rate it would be better. We come in on 6/17 and Monica helps us. Dylan was there as well and checked my phone to make sure it was unlocked and says we should be good to go (come to find out, it was not unlocked). Monica helped us with a promotion plan and we picked out screen protectors and an iPhone 13. Monica has to call and get us set up and shocker we are then told it’s better for us to wait until 6/19 due to the pro rates…. Monica tells us to come back then and we schedule an appointment to come back that day (3rd visit) and that she would put the things in a locked vault for us to come back to get. We showed up on 6/19 at our appointment time to finish our purchase. Dylan is there and Monica (who scheduled this with us is not) Dylan then gives us a hard time about helping us out bc “he gave her permission to help us with the sale and he needs her permission to help us” ….. ?? We scheduled to come back this day and time with Monica?? If she isn’t here then we should still receive help?! Then we find out that after waiting 20 minutes for them to get into the safe that they had sold the iPhone 13 that was in the safe and they didn’t have anymore. 3 times we came to this location to receive help and received none. No longer going there for help. Worst customer service experience.

I do not recommend this location. i purchased a new iPhone at this location with their black friday deal which was an "on us" promo. But the employee messed something up on the order and trade in which now has caused me having to pay for the whole phone because the details she put into the trade in order were incorrect. Very disappointing and a pricy error for me.

Don't expect to get anything "free" here. I got a "free" phone in March and am still getting billed for it. The store is no help so I have to call customer service every month to get out fixed. I should have gone elsewhere!
