At drive thru when making a deposit, the teller has to send a text to your cell phone so that you can verify, with her watching you, that you are NOT A ROBOT. Have no idea how many robots are trying to make drive thru deposits.

Pathetic service. Wire didn't go through for 2 months and they gave us wrong info, wouldn't tell us anything for weeks, etc. They say they'll call you back when the person you need is available but 5 hours go by with no call and you have to call again. Ridiculous how they just do not care

The drive thur takes forever to get though . Better off going inside to do anything ,if your tring to get it done in time .

I have had the worst experience with TD Bank. If you plan on financing anything through this company I would advice you to look elsewhere for financing. The customer service people are rude and unwilling to help resolve any issues.Beware of this Banking Institute when you are looking to finance and if a company uses them as a financial option just say NO!

Has outgrown its customers. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because of the employees in the branch who go above and beyond, even when corporate restricts them so much.

Great people to deal with always there to help you as soon as you walk in the door they greet you and when you're leaving they tell you to have a nice day and in between that they're just very helpful and I think they go beyond

I recently opened a new account with this branch and have had an awesome experience. I initially came in just to open a new account and Drake helped me with several other banking options that are perfect for where I'm at in my life. I had such a great experience that I sent my fiance over to open an account as well. Can't express how grateful we are for the help and excellent customer service!

This branch is terrible. I have had multiple issues with their staff in which I ended up having to go to the downtown greenvile branch to have fixed. Don't bother with them here as you will either told a wrong answer or not get what you're looking for. Very incompetent.

One teller say one thing and then ask the other and then the next day another say something else. About changing a check that I got from my lawyer on a case. Now I just go to downtown TD Bank they are knowledgeable and helpful.

Wish I could give 0 stars! Terrible service, unfriendly, arrogant. I'd rather drive out of my way and go to the branch on Pelham road. I should really change banks all together.
