Such a thoughtfully-crafted and creative spot. We did a “play date” with Fiona and had the BEST time! She kept a 4 & 5 year old engaged for an hour, which is no easy feat. Can’t recommend this experience enough and we can’t wait to go back!

We had our son’s 7th birthday party here with 24 kids! The kids were all very engaged and absolutely loved designing their own bandanas with their handmade stamps. So many cute, handmade items. There's something for everyone. And wonderful quality. A great place to buy thoughtful gifts.The staff are super friendly. We signed up for a play date with some friends and had so much fun getting to make our own creations. We will definitely be back.
The Travelers Rest Makers Company, known to our patrons as TR Makers Co., was established in 2015 bringing art lovers and artists together. Located in the heart of downtown Travelers Rest, SC, locals and visitors of the area can shop the unique curation of handcrafted goods by local and regional artists, DIY makers kits, puzzles, games and more. As well, we encourage everyone to take a seat at the art bars and play like an artists too!
Opportunities to play include one-on-one, small group and large scale events like Makers Happy Hour, Play Date (for all ages, even you adults!), Kids Maker Day, Homeschool Study, After School Makers, private events, birthday parties, arts integration training opportunities and more.
