Dude... These people. They don't want to "check to see if they have a tire in stock". Seriously!?! Sent my wife there for tires that said they were available online, got there and there was only 1 tire. This guys then proceeds to try and convince my wife to buy a different tire... she asks if they have it there and in stock, to which he replies that he is not going to go check and see until she commits to buying it. What the (blank)! People these days... don't want to even perform the most basic part of their job like verifying if a product they are selling is even availble. What a joke. There is a reason I have normally used Discount Tire... not worth saving $10-$20 to deal with a buffoon.

They NEVER answer the phone. EVER. I've tried for a week. I've literally had to get up early and drive to the store before work and make sure a tire was in stock. TWICE!Other stores in the area don't stock my size. No excuse for this.

Do not recommend to come here for tires unless you have several hours to wait. Sat here for over an hour with a scheduled appointment and my car never even got pulled into the bay. Absolute waste of time. Save yourself the headache and take your money elsewhere.

2 plus hours to change 4 tires. Work was satisfactory but beyond slow.Don't be in a hurry here.

I knew I was gonna have to wait along time but I had them do an oil change and supposed to of done a tire rotation which they forgot to do but had to wait another 30-40mins on top of the 2hrs at least on top of that Just for them to get my keys and let me pay. I will never go back to them again! If I could they would get 0 stars!Service: Oil change

I have been going to Walmart for a little over a year now to get my oil changed. It’s always been cheap, never TOO slow, and a big help on a tight college budget.I changed my oil right before leaving town for the holidays. When I got back, my car ran completely fine for the first week or so, and then started making all kinds of noises. I took it to Lewis Sloan’s Mechanic shop and, come to find out, Walmart didn’t put the seal on the filter when they changed my oil, meaning it leaked out entirely! He said, “If you drove your car one more day you wouldn’t have a car to drive!”It cost me $165.00 to repair. I’m about to go to Walmart tomorrow to tell them what happened. If they want to make it right, want more costumers and want me back, they’ll refund me the cost of the oil change and pay for the repair, otherwise, it’s over.I saved $10-20 dollars an oil change just to spend $165 ? not a good deal… don’t go here!

Quick service, even with cars lined up for both tires and oil changes, at my most recent visit. Employees were helpful and nice. I have brought 4 different vehicles here and never had a bad experience with them.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. There is no way we will be back and I would caution you from going as well. After waiting on my car for an hour (there was only 1 car ahead of me at the time of drop off), my toddler son and I received a text stating the car was ready. We checked out up front and went to the auto center to pay and pick up the car. There was no one at the check out counter for over 10 minutes. Finally the manager walked by with another auto associate and she said “someone needs to be up here checking out” he responded that he was “off the clock”. She then went on to say that she had to eat, walked into her office and shut the door. Mind you the both saw me, a very pregnant woman with a toddler and a cart full of groceries standing there waiting to check out. I was completely ignored and walked past by several auto associates for over 20 more minutes before a sweet man who didn’t work in the auto center was able to assist me. They smoke under the tree all afternoon then 25 minutes later come over and tell you they close in 20 minutes and won't get to you. Then Brandon the team lead says well they take their brake at same time and doesn't manage the poor employees performance.

Went to TRY to get new tires. Got my paperwork from the lady inside and was told to go give it to the guys outside. I stood outside waiting to be acknowledged for 15 minutes. 2 employees walked right by me twice, without saying one moment, how are you?, will be with you soon.... nothing! I eventually just left. I don't mind the wait, but not even being acknowledged is very unprofessional and rude, especially when your spending that amount of money.

Took 2 vehicles in for oil changes. The car went great but they couldn't change the oil in the truck because the previous place had stripped the oil plug. Even though they had already changed the filter we weren't charged for it. They went ahead and topped it off because it was low and we weren't charged for the oil either. Very nice folks in the auto care center at the Travelers Rest Wal-Mart.
