“My son was involved in an accident in Edgefield back in May 2021. I had no trouble finding them online to have his truck towed to Herlong in Johnston. My insurance totaled the truck. Mrs Sanders helped me handle the insurance aspect of the process & kept me informed. My son was able to switch the customized items with old factory items before it was taken to the salvage yard. It was a tough lesson for my son because he had to remove the items off the truck himself. Mr. Sanders was at the center that Saturday morning & saw that he was having a hard time (only using tire rod, socket wrenches, screw drivers). He graciously offered to help him & allowed him to coast the truck down into the shop’s bay. Mr. Sanders helped my son remove some of the items & showed him how/ what tools to use. My son was able to remove everything except one tire bc he stripped the bolt. Mr. Sanders offered to have his mechanics work on it 1st thing Monday morning. When my son returned Monday morning the tire was removed along with the light bar that was attached to the hood of the truck. My son was going to leave it, but I guess they thought it should not be sent to the salvage yard. We were soooooo appreciative of what they all did & thanked them. Words can not express my gratitude for there actions!! My son even brought him a Card with a gift card!!”
“Price went up a little but that's with everything. These guys have to eat too. Very respectful and respectable guys. Won't steer you wrong and they actually make sure your lug nuts are tightened all the way unlike some of our other local establishments! SMH. Highly recommend these fellas!!”

“Didn't actually go in the store, but called for help with flat tire. Had called 6 repair shops that were either permanently closed, closed that day, or not answering the phone. Staff went out of their way to try and help in any ways that they could. Fortunately my spare was good and got me home. But if not, I would have headed there for help with a plug. 5 stars for caring about folks and trying to help!!”

“This guy is awesome! My suburban lost its driveshaft while exploring Corps of Engineers land! My first stop was to Pull A Part which has become an absolute nightmare and playground for the hack mechanic poors. After some calls I found this place, A++++ I gotta say, he pulled the shaft I needed late in the day, in the rain, and waited for me to arrive. The new driveshaft fit perfectly and I was able to get my rag home safe without criminal charges or paying hefty recovery fees. Oh they have cats available for petting too, bring them a treat if you’re able! Meow mfrs! This place is the tops !!”
