While I waited, he even brought me a chair and a bottle of water, which was such a thoughtful gesture. His genuine kindness and professionalism made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. “I arrived for an oil change that began at 9:40 and it was over by 9:47!! I didn't expect for it to be so quick, that indeed was a world record. Melissa got me signed in at 9:30 and James and Javier were the techs that fulfilled my service with great speed. I jokingly said do I need to check my dipstick, but they assured me when you have a good two man team that is focused and thorough, the service doesn't take long at all. I will always come back to Walmart for my oil changes, for one it's very affordable and for two this location has always been my preference and I live 20 minutes away, and the cherry on top is the quick efficient kind experience I had with the team from the auto department.
