Marjorie is a awesome asset to your store. We came to purchase a phone for my Mom. Marjorie was fast and quick to get that for us. Then asked if she could do anything else for us. We had a phone porting issue that the cricket phone customer service was not able to solve after a month of calling, never getting the same person, with over 20 hours spend on the phone. Marjorie did what no one else seemed to do and that was LISTEN to the issue we were having. She provided a few tips for us to try and like magic it worked with no issues. Having an employee that listens and is attentive to customer problems is an asset. I hope you see her as an asset as well. Because of her willingness to help usI am writing this 5 🌟 review. I would give her a 10 🌟 if I could. See Crecket Wirless in Union SC for all you wireless phone needs

Kayla that works here went above and beyond expectations today 2/9/25 after purchasing a IPhone 16 Pro Max on 2/7/25 that had an apple clitch on the contact app. After Kayla talked to Apple Tech, her and them together come up with a fix and got my problem resolved. Thanks Kayla for going above and beyond. Even purchased my wife a phone today before leaving due to the great customer service!

Today was the 2nd time I've had to go to the cricket store, to get help with my phone. Both times the young lady who helped me was just awesome!! She was helpful and so very nice to everybody she helped while I was in there. Her name is Kayla Jones and she works at the store on Duncan bypass. I was in there less than a few minutes with my phone working like it's supposed to. She really knows her stuff
