Went to pick up rx after receiving a text it was ready and then was told I had nothing there. Sent me to another window for someone else to help. To be told I have 2 accounts and I did have something ready and to go get back in line behind 5 people when we had already waited in line once that was an extra 20 mins

To the two ladies running the front they were absolutely fabulous! The pharmacy on the other hand are rediculas! The online app is terrible! An going in the store is even worse! After 3 years at CVS I'm rethinking my pharmacy! I'm not going through this every time!
