“I was with At&t for years, after they bought out Alltel. I had only ever signed up once in almost 3 decades, so when I was ready to switch companies, I was a little nervous. I went in a few weeks before changing and spoke with Terry Burgess, who answered all of my questions and concerns. I told him that I would look for him when I came back to sign up. Mr. Burgess helped me select my fabulous new phone, he helped me set it up, he displayed patience, knowledge and he never rushed me or made me feel like I was wasting his time. I am very happy with my phone, my service, and I am very happy knowing that the store and its wonderful employees are close by, if I ever have questions. Thank you, T-Mobile!”

“We’ve had GotW3 internet from Sam for almost a year. Over the last month, our service has been interrupted due to the network carrier. I’m happy to say that Sam bend over backward for us to try many different things, kept me up-to-date with as many things as he knew, and we are up and running.”
