“I went in last Thursday unsure if I was gonna be able to get a car. I seen a 09 Honda Accord on their website with a down payment I could afford. I arrived and had to wait a few mins cause the office had stepped away for lunch. I went ahead and looked around the lot, and when they got back. The gentleman who asked me which car I was interested in was quick to get a copy of my license, dealer tag, and keys for me to test drive. I test drove around the block, and the car ran wonderful. I went in and everyone made it so easy for me to get into the car. I am really bad with names, but the lady who did my paperwork was wonderful. She made sure everything was explained to me, and before I left she made sure I didn’t have any questions. They also printed out a copy of my insurance card for me when I sent over the declarations pager for my paperwork. The car runs great, and I am so thankful for the staff at Charles Walker auto sales. They even gave me recommendations for me to get a 2nd key made, and where I can get oil changes done in the Union area. Thank you to everyone at Charles Walker for helping me get into the Honda.”
