I had an amazing experience with David during my passport appointment at the post office. I usually dread going due to past customer service experiences, but David completely changed that. He was incredibly kind, professional, and you could truly tell he enjoys his job. What impressed me most was how he interacted warmly with everyone, not just me. His attitude, attention to detail, and overall helpfulness made the whole process smooth and pleasant. He was all-around great—I honestly can’t say enough good things. Thank you, David!
