“Great customer service. They have staff. If I am there and something is not on the shelves and I ask, they will check and Voila. Trucks come on Tuesdays. Add the app and load coupons. Really good deals if you use them. I shop there before going to get groceries as TP, paper towels, dog and cat food, sodas, coffee, creamer and detergent are much cheaper there. Bathrooms are locked, jist ask cashier for the key. Bathrooms are clean. Leave them that way, please!”

“When my wife worked here as manager. Ashley was a total POS towards her. The entire town of Salem can all agree my wife kept the store nice, clean and well stocked. Unfortunately no one wants to work, and everyone feels entitled. The stress from upper management was too much so she left. She makes more now, with less stress working at Riley's.”
“This Dollar General location on Scenic Plaza Drive is a convenient and well managed Dollar General that is easy to get in and out of with exactly what you need while you are shopping. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for here. The staff here provides excellent customer service.”
“⭐ The cashier, Ivey is an amazing, sweet woman. Kind to everyone and great at her job, she deserves 10 stars. ⭐As most expect, Dollar tree has a lot of neat holiday / birthday decor and supplies. The cleaning supplies for the most part actually do an excellent job of cleaning. My personal picks are the foaming window cleaner, oven cleaner and Cloralen bleach specifically. In a pinch, Dollar Tree has everything one would need to survive a tight budgeted week from food to toilet paper and everything in between. My complaints are that some of the staff need training in dealing with the public concerning certain individuals who blurt out their personal business in front of customers. ? Holiday merchandising can be quite messy in this store, but they appear to be either understaffed, or a little unorganized. Overall, I do recommend Dollar Tree.”
“The negative reviews from years past should be negated. I am a frequent shopper and the store is close to meI have never been treated rudely. I have noticed here lately that yes to a degree there is some staff turnover but by no means was the service rude. From managers to cashiers they always do their best. They are hard workers and I appreciate them.”
