11/02/23Car troubles.... went right to Super Service immediately after work. Parked but didnt shut the car off bc something is wrong with my battery. I explain my problem to Sabrina, who listened patiently and kindly told me wait just a few minutes. Here comes Chad, I explained my problem, he retrieved his little computer and we headed in the direction of my car. Simply, Chad fixed my car within an hour. Then Sabrina rung me up. They had me home in no time. These people are THE BEST. THANK YOU from still SATISFIED YAY09/25/23Honest, efficient, and prompt service EVERY TIME. Always squeeze me in, reasonable prices, honest, reliable, great customer service. I highly recommend Super Service, hands down. Thank you for everything! From a satisfied customer

Recently (few weeks ago) I took my truck in for what I told the mechanic was a seized caliper on the passenger side back brake. It had run one rotor to dust, and melted the brake line from heat.The mechanic switched the brake line and said “good to go!” Needless to say the problem persistsThen, as I was going to change my oil with the newly bought oil and filter which was in my back seat, I found my floorboard soaked in new motor oil, because these professionals decided to open not only my oil (and fail to seal it back after using half the gallon) but my filter (new in package) as well. No one but me and these mechanics have had access to my truck. They may as well have siphoned my gas while they were at it, but I’d rather not give these people ideasI wouldn’t recommend these incompetent people to my worst enemy, I have never been so disappointed and dissatisfied with “service” from a shop before in my lifeAvoid like the freaking plague

Super Service is the only place that I will take our cars for tires or mechanical issues. It seems to me that they know all there is to know about cars and trucks. They do everything here except audio and body work. Other customers waiting on the large, well-cushioned sofas were glad to share their great experiences with Super Service caring for their vehicles. These experts worked hard and quickly to complete the jobs but patiently took time to kindly entertain a dumb question or two. All of the attendants at the customer service counter were lovely and made coordinating appointment times pain-free. Great customer service. Expert mechanics.

Very reliable service. Was able to relax inside on 1 of 3 couches, 2 rockers or a regular chair. Soda machine and snack machine available along with complimentary coffee, and very clean restrooms. Didn't mind my wait at all!

They were quick and telling us we needed a new tire and getting it on, however they failed to notice that the valve stem was faulty and therefore we had to stop and fill the tire again before getting it to a shop in Cherokee North Carolina.

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to have my van to have 4 new tires, alignment and brakes on front and back if needed. They also promised everything would be done by 2pm so I could get grandkids from school. I arrived over an hour early to find out that the lady that made the appointments didn't write them down on all 3 appointment books they work from (completely ridiculous way to do appointments). Before I left my car I was promised that my car would be complete by 2 and I was told they had my tires in house. The tires should have definitely been there at least the day before so they were prepared to deliver as promised. Instead of calling me and telling me the car wasn't going to be done by 2pm it was 3pm when Josh called to inform me that they were really sorry that they only had 2 of the tires there that I had ordered 2 weeks prior. I was very upset bc I had to pay someone to go pick my grandkids up at school. When Josh was informed of this he was so sorry and would reimburse me for the fee I had to pay to get grands picked up. Obviously he has memory loss bc when I went to pick my van up he never mentioned that. Didn't offer anything to make this any better for me. If this were my business I would have offered some sort of discount and also given reimbursement for fee customer paid to get grandkids picked up from school without someone reminding me. The services that was received were good but the whole experience was bad. The appointment books need to be more modernized and or the staff needs to make sure appointments are placed properly. All products should be on premise the day before appointment and if this falls through and customers are just left standing due to staffs negligence then the owner should take responsibility and make it right. I don't suggest anyone go to this place. It was a huge disappointment. save your time and go to a more competent organization.

Just had my first experience here with a tire repair. I was prepared to drop off the tire to pick up later but they took it right away and 10 or 15 minutes later I was out the door for $10. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is my new go to tire shop!

I waited a month for an appointment because I trust them in the past. Was told my converter needed cleaned out and needed sensors. Price ended up over a $100 more than estimated. Arrived and price jumped another $30. Had to take car back because issue wasn’t fixed. They said they couldn’t fix it and told me the only way I could get a refund is if they removed what they put on and car wouldn’t be drive able.(asked for partial refund). Total $630. Car also sounds awful now from the catylytic converter being gutted and they didn’t tell me it would sound like that ahead of time, only after it was done. When my husband asked ab the converter the mechanic said I said it smelled like sulfur which I never said. So now I have to pay $800+ to fix the noise and still pay to fix my car. So disappointed.

Kayla managed to work me into their busy schedule. She managed to get everything I needed accomplished in short order. And she is definitely the most beautiful service manager I have ever met. Justin did a great job. I only had one minor issue to go behind him and fix. He even put the hub caps back on correctly. Their billing rates are way below average, and this was not reflected in the quality of the their work.
