I brought my cx9 in for a dent and minor paint repair in the hatch and a piece of trim that had been knocked loose by re-tread. Dropped it off Monday evening and it was ready Wednesday by lunch! “Not the stores fault, but, I ordered a part yesterday afternoon and was told it would be here at 7:30 this morning. It didn't come in. They didn't put it on the truck. Now, I have to wait til 3:30, and hope that they don't screw it up again! In the meantime, my whole day is shot and, even when I manage to get my work done, I won't get paid for it because it'll be late! I'll stick with Advance next time. “My family and I were broke down in SC here and went on a hunt for a serpentine belt so I called this location. Donny answered the phone and found the part almost before I could even finish telling him, then had it laid out on the counter before I made it to the store(coming in hot 5 mins away).His professionalism and in -depth knowledge about anything I threw at him, set him above most of the personnel I've dealt with. Then to boot, Donny even called me up to verify that the part was correct for the vehicle I was uncertain about, because they would have been closing soon. “I was happy with this location because I went in to get some transmission fluid for a Honda, with only the knowledge that 'Hondas require a very specific transmission fluid.' The guy working the register was kind enough to share with me the fact that there is a selection of reasonably priced alternatives which I would not have found otherwise. I wish I could remember his name to give him credit but unfortunately I can not remember. “I went there to get a plug in a tire until the next day when I had an appt to get new tires closer to home. The owner says I can get you 4 new tires now. I asked how much and he saved me almost 250.
