“My family and I were broke down in SC here and went on a hunt for a serpentine belt so I called this location. Donny answered the phone and found the part almost before I could even finish telling him, then had it laid out on the counter before I made it to the store(coming in hot 5 mins away).His professionalism and in -depth knowledge about anything I threw at him, set him above most of the personnel I've dealt with. Then to boot, Donny even called me up to verify that the part was correct for the vehicle I was uncertain about, because they would have been closing soon. I want to give him a personal thanks and recognition to this "NAPA know how" location. I wish we had a store and personnel like this in my town.North Carolina Passer-by,Brian”
“Pellum's body shop is THE place to go for your body work needs! They are friendly, accomodating, fair, and I was blown away with how quickly and efficiently they work! I brought my cx9 in for a dent and minor paint repair in the hatch and a piece of trim that had been knocked loose by re-tread. Dropped it off Monday evening and it was ready Wednesday by lunch! Not only were they quick, the work was FLAWLESS. I am 100% satisfied and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop!Services: Painting”

“I was happy with this location because I went in to get some transmission fluid for a Honda, with only the knowledge that 'Hondas require a very specific transmission fluid.' The guy working the register was kind enough to share with me the fact that there is a selection of reasonably priced alternatives which I would not have found otherwise. “Not the stores fault, but, I ordered a part yesterday afternoon and was told it would be here at 7:30 this morning. It didn't come in. They didn't put it on the truck. Now, I have to wait til 3:30, and hope that they don't screw it up again! In the meantime, my whole day is shot and, even when I manage to get my work done, I won't get paid for it because it'll be late! I'll stick with Advance next time. I'm sitting in their parking lot because my brakes are so”

“Recently had car trouble while traveling to Edisto Beach and went to Walterboro Autozone for help. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly, offering several different reputable towing companies phone numbers that could safely move my car hundreds of miles back to my house. The towing company was available same day, but told me it might be an hour or two before they could be there, so the Autozone manager agreed to hold my keys inside the store and give them to the tow truck driver when they arrived so I didn't have to wait for hours.
Very helpful and pleasant staff, thank you again for all your help! You guys are awesome!”
“Very friendly service. They do a good job.My only complaint is they finished with my car but I wasn’t notified.After a little over an hour I went back to auto and my car was sitting ready in the parking lot.Other Walmarts sent a text when the car is ready.”

Checked out the rim got us the right tire and installed it all in under an hour. Fantastic service and much appreciated.
