“Not the stores fault, but, I ordered a part yesterday afternoon and was told it would be here at 7:30 this morning. It didn't come in. They didn't put it on the truck. Now, I have to wait til 3:30, and hope that they don't screw it up again! In the meantime, my whole day is shot and, even when I manage to get my work done, I won't get paid for it because it'll be late! I'll stick with Advance next time. “My family and I were on our way to Edisto Beach early on a hot July Saturday morning when the radiator hose blew out on our Tahoe. Thanks to the good Lord we were less than a mile from the Walterboro, SC Oreilly’s. Joshua greeted me, came outside to look at what hose I needed, found it on the computer, and even though it wasn’t in stock, got it ordered and delivered within just a couple hours. I YouTubed how to change it out and had it on in 10-15 minutes and the staff let me wash up in the bathroom after I got it put on and we were on our way. They helped what started out to be a rough vacation turn into a great one. Thanks Joshua and Oreilly Auto Parts! Keep doing what you’re doing.”

“My family and I were broke down in SC here and went on a hunt for a serpentine belt so I called this location. Donny answered the phone and found the part almost before I could even finish telling him, then had it laid out on the counter before I made it to the store(coming in hot 5 mins away).His professionalism and in -depth knowledge about anything I threw at him, set him above most of the personnel I've dealt with. Then to boot, Donny even called me up to verify that the part was correct for the vehicle I was uncertain about, because they would have been closing soon.
