“James worked on my H2 Hummer today and had it In-N-Out the same day. That was the first time I've used him but I will always bring my vehicles back and my family's car's. He found another problem that I didn't even ask him to look for and it's been driving me crazy I had a small water leak and could not find it and the water pump was leaking from a seal very slowly. That was a relief to me to find out all I needed was another water pump instead of major work. James thank you very much. I have managed mechanic shops for over 20 years in Charleston South Carolina but got hurt and cannot work on my own cars right now so it's hard to trust somebody else to do the work but I trust James to get it right at a fair price . “These guys saved our Thanksgiving! Our car was accidentally hit with spike strips on our way to visit family. These guys picked us up in the middle of the night(turkey and all) and drove us to a hotel for the night. The next morning they searched their yard for replacement tires and delivered the vehicle to us at the hotel...sacrificing the time they could have been spending with family. They went above and beyond for us and we are forever grateful! We definitely would recommend them!”

“We were heading to Florida, and stopped for the night when we heard a loud clicking noise around our right front tire. We stopped at the Comfort Inn, but I wanted to get it looked at before getting back on Rt95. Worried about a long delay finding a mechanic, I looked up and saw Basic Auto. The reviews were good.Chris and his mechanic could not have been nicer. I brought the car there at 8:00 am and he took me right in. Got me fixed at a fair price. “The gentleman man I spoke too, really went out of his way that one morning and helped me out BIG TIME! He did a temporary fix just until the next day for when the welding technician was inn for the day, then he took great care of the problem my hanging loose old exhaust system was riding on the axles and banging around. They guys their did great and took the time to look at it and weld it Damn good in place. As for the pricing it was very fair, just under $100 and they made my problem go away for good. THANK YOU BOB!!”

“I had the unfortunate situation of breaking down on I95 southbound. Air conditioning compressor seized up, serpentine belt torn to shreds. Other pulleys destroyed also. Googled repair shops near me and came upon Lug Nuts. Billy was a Godsend! Extremely knowledgeable and skillful! More than that, he explained in detail every detail of what the repairs were needed!
