“Came in because I needed a tire replaced that had a plug in it. Decided to get a whole new set since the prices were good and I was close to needing a new set of tires anyway. They had all 4 tires done and had me back riding in less than an hour can’t recommend these guys enough they are the best in town you can’t go wrong going here.”
“On a Saturday afternoon, we were on a family vacation driving to Florida to go on a cruise, when my car stopped working. We were stranded on the side of the highway in the middle of nowhere for almost 2 hours waiting for our insurances roadside assistance. We started calling around to local places to find a mechanic shop that was open on a Saturday. They go a tow truck to us in about 40 minutes, helped us all get to the shop, diagnosed and fixed our car in less than 2 hours, ON A SATURDAY! Everyone we dealt with was so super friendly and kind. The prices seemed more than reasonable. 10 out of 10. We would recommend them to anyone in the area needing a tow or mechanic work.”

The owner of JB Automotive provides outstanding, knowledgeable customer service. My check engine light was acting up sporadically on my way to Summersville on a Friday afternoon. Even though it was 3:00 PM, the owner stayed at the shop to run a diagnostic and immediately found the issue. I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday afternoon, and it was completely fixed by Thursday afternoon. Mr. JB explained the repair steps clearly, charged a very reasonable price, and showed true honesty and integrity. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back!

“My wife and I were here from out of town and when we got to Walterboro our transmission went out. Looked around and everything was pretty expensive and finally got in touch with Tommy. Really straight to the point guy. Did everything he said he was going to do. It took a little longer than anticipated but I would rather him take his time to do the job right. “I was broke down on 95 north bound in the rain.
I called Sylvia(very,very, kind)at Tommie’s auto and Diesel and they sent Perry the tow guy out(very,Very, kind) to come get me. He got me hooked up and back to the shop in no time. I woke up in the truck with Billy the mechanic (very,Very kind and well knowledgeable) knocking on my door ready to get me back on the road. They got me all fixed up and back on the road before the office even opened. This roadside service is excellent. If I could give 10 stars I would.

“I stopped in to get my exhaust checked and they fixed it and had me on my way in less than an hour.
I needed a new muffler and some new exhaust pipes that they made to fit. Everything was welded together and they assured me that if there were any problems they would make it right. I watched the whole process and know they done a thorough job.
They are first come first serve with no appointment needed.
I would definitely use them again for any exhaust system work I may need.”
